Mobile belt conveyor

The aim of this work is to design a mobile conveyor belt to brown and black coal. The thesis contains a theoretical part, which describes all the components of the conveyor belt further functional calculations according to ISO 5048, the calculation of the performance conveyor, conveyor overall dimensions, the design of the drive, the tensioning device, strength calculation of selected parts and undercarriage.

Horizontal driven roller conveyor

The bachelor thesis deals with the horizontal driven roller conveyor. The thesis includes the calculation of the roller track including active resistance, the choice of engine, transmission design, roller design and its control, frame design and its control. Based on calculations, 3D model designed in a CAD system Autodesk Inventor and drawings are developed.
Crankshaft mechanism of Stirling engine

This diploma thesis is focused on the design of the driving mechanism of Stirling engine, where was chosen modification of these engines with rhombic drive. Subsequently is constructed kinematical, dynamical and thermomechanical mathematical model. Finally, is going from these models for execution strength control and drawing documentation.
Driven roller conveyor

This bachelor thesis deals with the computational and structural design driven horizontal roller conveyor with a length of 100 meters, for transporting plastic material on plastic pallets or in plastic pallets boxes with a maximum load weight 200 kilograms, in the context of internal factory transport. Part of this thesis is functional calculation for the roller conveyor, identifying the main dimensions of the roller conveyor, strength calculations of the casing and the shaft driven roller and implementation of the proposal and check the frame of the conveyor. The appendices contained drawings for the horizontal driven roller conveyor.
Design of platform simulator

The diploma thesis deals with an analysis and the strength check of selected componenets of a parallel mechanism containing six degrees of freedom. The device uses crank mechanisms as chain guides. The strength calculation takes advantage of the finite element method. The paper also suggests a design of selected components contributing to a reduction of the maximum stress von misses (according to the HMH condition) causes by the load.
