Examination of the activity and possibility verification ability of various types of corrosion inhibitors
Kroča, Michal ; Švehla, Vladimír (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
The aim of the work is to describe the degradation of concrete structures from the perspective of corrosion of steel reinforcement. The basis of a detailed survey and analysis of additives containing corrosion inhibitors, designed to improve the concrete matrix and increased protection of steel reinforcement. The essential part is a summary of the detection methods designed to verify the presence of inhibitors in reinforced concrete (direct method) or anti - corrosion effect on steel reinforcement (indirect method). Subsequently, to compare the available products in the market based on their characteristics and parameters, including prices and environmental point of view. From the data obtained is drawn optimization calculation, the output of which is to determine nevhodnějšího product for protection of steel reinforcement embedded in concrete structures, especially at a dosage rate specified by the manufacturer.
Corrosion of Steel and Aluminium in Chosen Enviroments
Stavinoha, Jakub ; Tulka, Jaromír (referee) ; Molliková, Eva (advisor)
This Master’s thesis is related to corrosion degradation processes on metal surfaces exposed in different environments. The theoretical part is concern with basic principles in electrochemical and atmospheric corrosion. Practical part describes experimentation of corrosion process of aluminium (99,5) and low carbon steel (11321) in two different atmospheric environments. The conclusion of thesis includes evaluations of the results from practical part and comparison with the theoretical part.
Passivity and Activity in Education
LYKEŠOVÁ, Erika
The submitted diploma thesis, entitled "Passivity and activity in education", is focused on the issue of passivity and activity in education from the perspective of leisure time in Světlá nad Sázavou Prison. The first part clarifies the key concepts and discusses the philosophy of education. Furthermore, there is a defined issue of leisure time associated with passivity and activity in education in leisure time. The second part of the work is devoted to the results of quantitative and qualitative research. The aim of the work was to describe, on the basis of quantitative and qualitative research, how free time works in the Světlá nad Sázavou prison. The work presents the possibilities of spending free time in the prison environment in terms of passivity and activity. Leisure time is examined here by prison staff, which was a preliminary research. The aim was to find out how free time of convicted women in prison is. Based on this preliminary research, a questionnaire was then compiled, which was submitted to convicted women serving a prison sentence in Světlá nad Sázavou Prison. Where the main goal was to find out how women spend their free time in terms of passivity and activity. The results of the research of this work could serve as a basis for further research on leisure time in the prison environment. I also consider it desirable that, on the basis of this work, everyone can get a closer picture of their free time in prison. This work can inform about how it would be possible to work with convicts in prison even better on the basis of leisure activities.
Gender in compulsory reading - Old greek myths and legends: gender analysis of the writing
Zochová, Iveta ; Jiroutová Kynčlová, Tereza (advisor) ; Knotková - Čapková, Blanka (referee)
This thesis Gender in compulsory reading - Old Greek Myths and Legends: Gender analysis of the writing deals with literary representation of gender issues in mentioned writing, written by Eduard Petiška. The very analysis is based on analysing of gender topics and issues we are interested in and focused on. These topics are compared and showed using examples from particular myths and legend. The question whether these topics are influenced by patriarchal order in the society is the crucial for this thesis. Despite the variability of Petiška's writing, which is necessarily caused by variations of ancient and continuously construated stories; some patterns and systems are there to be found and explored by contemporary gender theories, mostly by feministic literature criticism. In this thesis the method of resisting reading according to Judith Fetterley is used. The deconstruction of the text and its hidden values which are based on male domination and the reconstruction of it in order to show the new perspective at the same moment are the main goals of resisting reading. The characters from the legends are used in context of archetypal criticism method. Considering the literature-critical perspective, the method of close reading is chosen. The question of relations and using of power, considering...
