Vliv konstrukce převodovky na ztráty u osobních automobilů
Rozlivka, Jakub
This diploma thesis deals with the influence of gearbox design on passive losses of passenger cars. First chapters are focused on theory of construction of transmission and determination of vehicle resistance opposing its movement. Experimental work concerns measurement on chassis dynamometer and brings comparison of obtained values. The last chapter analyzes financial issues of different design of gearboxes installed in identical cars.
Konstrukce pohonu všech kol osobních automobilů
Vančatová, Šárka
Diploma thesis deals with design of all-wheel drive used in cars. First of all it describes calculation of driving boundaries such as highest elevation and maximal acceleration. Equations of motion, air effects, radial reactions, and peripheral forces are used in calculations of the boundaries. The next part describes components of all wheels, transfer case, and transmission gearbox. The last part of the theory deals with four wheel drive. This subchapter is divided to three smaller parts: permanent drive, self-connectable drive, and manually connectable drive. In the first subchapter of permanent drive is described fluid coupling and Torsen's differential. In the second subchapter of self-connectable drive is description of Viscomatic and Haldex transfer cases located between the axles. The last subchapter deals with electronically controlled lamellar clutch. The end of this chapter also briefly describes hybrid drive as a conception of four wheel drive. The practical part of this thesis deals with measurements done with Škoda Superb on the chassis dynamometer which belongs to Mendel's university in Brno. There are also measured data from calibration text, those data are used to determine a passive losses which are necessary for the testing of brakes. Those data are also processed and evaluated. The change of passive losses according to the load is also evaluated. The data from power test, and distribution of power on the front and rear axle are also evaluated. The measurements were done with three different loads. At the end of the thesis are compared measured data from the similar measurement done on Mitsubishi Lancer Evo.
