Robotic Line for Palletizing Egg Trays
Ficek, Václav ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the design of an automated solution for egg palletizing line. The first part analyzes the current production method together with possible ways of automating the palletization process. In the second part, based on this information, the concept of the line is created. The concept includes design of the gripping mechanism, selection of a suitable manipulator and description of all elements. The third part describes complete electrical project. The fourth part describes the control system and the user program including visualization. Finally, commissioning is described.
Virtual commissioning of palletizing / depalletising workstation
Čefelín, David ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis is dealt with the virtual commissioning of a palletizing line, which is palletized using an industrial robot. In the theoretical part I describe the applications, divisions and effectors of the industrial robots and the reasons and the benefits of palletizing. Furthermore, the issue of virtual commissioning is described, including sensors, that are served for the proper operation of the workplace and the virtual simulation. In the practical part I describe the future workplace, creating a simulation and the program in the RobotStudio software.
Design of a robotic beech with a Siemens control system
Junek, Jaroslav ; Lacko, Branislav (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
This work deals with the design of optimization for the production process of fittings and palletizing. This process is controlled by a PLC and there are proposals for appropriate algorithms and visualizations. He also examines the issue of MXAtomation, as a means of controlling a robot through a programmable logic controller.

Use handling equipment in storage selected store chain
POLÁK, Jaroslav
Bachelor's thesis was prepared under proper completion of bachelor´s degree of Transport and Handling equipment for Agricultural University of South Bohemia in the České Budějovice. Bachelor's thesis focuses on transportation and handling equipment that is used in commercial networks Bauhaus. Due to the connection handling equipment with storage technology in this work also included the issue of storage and palletizing. The work introduces the reader to various types of handling equipment, options handling, storage of materials and resources that are needed for this aktivity. But not with the internal functions of the technical solution to handling. Describes options for efficient use of space for storage of materials, or the recommended solution. The individual chapters of this work is described and the topic is an example of the graphics solution. In conclusion, the author compares the set objectives of the project with the results. There is also advice on how to make this work further and develop it further.
Optimization of supply chain for non-alcoholic beverages
DUBINA, Michal
The main subject of the thesis was the logistics, savings of the expenditure of material, materials handling and stock-keeping in consequence of consumer package. This thesis is solved in theoretical way with many know-how from practise. The product portfolio and production process were described on the base of local examination.
