Two Bay Industrial Hall
Hetmer, Jakub ; Buchta, Stanislav (referee) ; Bajer, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis "two-bay industrial hall" is processed in the form of project documentation according to applicable regulations. It is a steel hall. It is designed as a single-storey, two-bay with a gable roof. The hall is located in Brno. Main structure consists of planar cross coupling, which is stored on restraint articulated columns. The construction is designed 9 cross ties and spacing of individual bonds is 6.0 m in the extreme lateral links are hinged mounted columns with stored axial length 6.0 m, which are secured lattice bracing longitudinal forces from the effects of wind. All columns are stored on concrete footings. In the longitudinal direction of the object is reinforced by transverse glue press in the plane of the roof and walls. Lateral bracing is located in the outer fields of the structure. Purlins and side runner are statically designed as simple beams, stored in the longitudinal direction of the transverse links and columns.
The multipurpose building in Pardubice
Tunková, Eliška ; Buchta, Stanislav (referee) ; Šmak, Milan (advisor)
The topic of my diploma thesis is a design of a construction of a multipurpose building. The floor plan is of irregular shape with a maximal span of 35 metres. There are two buildings in shape of a hexagon, to which another building in shape of a half of a hexagon is connected. Part of the building is designed as a two-storey building and all parts are different in height. The hight of the designed building in its highest point is 13,5 metres. The load-bearing structure consists of glued laminated wood elements and raised wood with steel elements used as fasteners. The construction is designed alternatively from wood and steel. The static solution was made using the RFEM software.
Sports hall
Bobek, Tomáš ; Šmak, Milan (referee) ; Štrba, Michal (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design and structural assessment of the steel structure of sports hall in Proseč. The dimensions of a floor plan are 35x45 m and the height is 16,3 m. The structure consists of seven main trusses, the distance between them is 7,5 m. The trusses are pin-supported by fixed columns. The main trusses are connected by purlins and girts. The spatial rigidity of the structure is ensured by transversal bracings and longitudinal bracings. The structure is clad with Kingspan roof and wall panels. Hall is based on shallow foundations.
Timber structure of cultural hall
Zýbalová, Veronika ; Bukovská, Pavla (referee) ; Balázs, Ivan (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design and assessment of the load-bearing timber structure of the hall for cultural and social purposes. Designed structure has ground plan dimensions of 30 x 40 m and a height at the top of approximately 14,8 meters. The lateral main frame of a frame girder with an arched frame corner and an inclined column. The shape of the the lateral linkage is similar to the shape of a trapezoid. The load-bearing structure is designed from glued laminated timber. Stability of structure is secured by purlins, lintel, lateral bracings.
