Budget and Indebtedness of the City of Židlochovice

The diploma thesis deals with the budget and indebtedness of the city of Židlochovice. The first part contains theoretical starting points regarding the public sector and territorial self-governing units, describes their management, budgeting and indebtedness. The second part contains basic information about the city and the functioning of the city office. It deals with the management of the city, a detailed analysis of the income and expenditure side of the city budget for the year 2023, a description of the medium-term budget outlook drawn up for the period 2024-2028, and an analysis of the city's indebtedness for the period 2020-2023. In the third part, the possibilities of increasing incomes and the possibilities of reducing expenses are suggested, which should lead to a reduction of the city's total indebtedness.

The Economy of the Selected Municipality

The bachelor thesis deals with the regional authority, namely the township. This thesis will be closely focused on investment plan of the township in the years 2009 - 2013. The practical part describes the township Pecka in general terms but also the financial situation of the township is considered. The center of the bachelor thesis is the investment plan of the building observatory in Krkonošská view, financial part of the project and possible impact on the implementation of this project to management of the township.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of management and finance territorial autonomy units and the evaluation of the municipality management in Čejč. The first part of the work is focused on teoretical resoures of the community, budgetary system and the budget of the municipality. The second part deals with basic charakteristic municipality Čejč and analytics her managament. In the third part there are distcribed ideas for the economy improvements of situation and oppotrunities, where the municipality could obtain grants for further development.

The bachelor thesis deals with the economy of the village Rebešovice. The first part deals with the theoretical knowledge about public administration in the Czech Republic, especially municipal governments, as well as the budgetary system, including the municipal budget and its income and expenditure. The second part introduces village Rebešovice, its history and service offer, and based of data obtained from the municipal assembly assesses its economy in the years 2011 - 2014. The third part deals with suggestions to improve the economic situation of the municipality, including investment appreciation of municipal financial reserves of village.

The last – third part is presenting solutions, which should improve the whole financial situation.

The practical part of thesis is focus on comparation of mention threatment with another europian countries and at the same time suggest how the new threatment can look like or how the old one might be innovated.

Evaluation of the Economy of the County Court in Sumperk

The Bachelor thesis evaluates the management of the District Court in Šumperk in the ears 2011 to 2015. The first part focuses on the theoretical basis. The second part contains a detailed analysis of the revenue and expenditure structure of the budget, which is based on an overall assessment of management judgment. In the last part there are suggested partial measures to improve the economic situation of the court.
