Financing of Building Order from the Aspect of Supplier

This thesis deals with the financing contract from a practical point of view. The aim of this work is to describe the possibilities of financial security building contracts from the perspective of the supplier. In the theoretical part are characterized by basic concepts related to the topic and a practical part of the thesis describes the public works. The practical part of the procurement documents to obtain the tender and subsequent recording contract for work. The example of the practice was described the process of financing construction of the contractor. The work shows a significant difference between planned and actual funding process.
Economic evaluation of expediency of housing

The work is aimed to define financial aspect of living, which is determined mainly for young people. The work is especially focused on collecting sources to fund the building of a house for family. The result will be built in Vrádište, Slovakia. The informations and materials will be obtained from Slovak sources. At the next part it'll be comparised with sources from Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to decide on specific pair of young people if they will be able to fund their own construction of house and from which sources of finance. There will be represented examples for financing and following evaluation of the cost linked within.

How to effectively utilize internally generated sources of funding through innovation

The aim of the Masters thesis is to determine specific innovation which will be funding from own sources of the company. To determine innovation is analyzed the assets and liabilities of the company for a specific period of 6 years. The analysis is performed in the years 2011 to 2016 by using horizonatal and vertical analysis. Beside property and finance is performed analysis of the companys resources by VRIO analysis. VRIO analysis evaluate resources and determine an area in which should occur improvements. There is also mentioned already implemented innovation process in the company and its financing. Comparison with the competiton is perform too. In the last way is created structured interview which is realized with management of the company. Interview suggest innovation options which could be financing by own sources of the company and specific innovation is choosen. There is mentioned the way of implementation innovationt into the company too.

Analysis of methods financing and investment calculation

Work had the aim to find an acceptable investment for the company. On the basis of the methods of evaluation investment, mostly by the help of net present value and like a supplementary indicator of internal rate of return. After choosing the investment, analysis of effectiveness source funding was made, determined possible sources and consequently was selected the most effective source. The best solution is investment Catepillar 301.8D which was funded by the loan.
