Strategic Planning of the industry-political Business Development of Rheinmetall in the European Union

The introduction of the dual comitology system with the European defence funding programmes has led to the emergence of a new form of European interest representation. This intra-European interest representation is no longer concerned with the conventional representation of interests in European policy processes, but with the formation of alliances with Member States for defence industrial cooperation. This emergence precedes a 40-year-long push-pull process between the European Commission and the European Council in the context of a conflict between liberalisation and protection of the internal defence market. In order to prevent Member States from extensive application of Article 346 (TFEU) and thus to prevent further fragmentation of the European defence industrial base, the European Commission has innovated the political room for manoeuvre it was given by the Treaties to create a Europeanised version of Article 346 in the Public Procurement Directive 2009/81/EC. The Organizational Change of a Nonprofit Sports Organization (The Case Study of a Riding Club)

Sports organizations formed a significant part of the non-profit sector, not only in the Czech Republic. They are being overlooked of the academic world, however they offer interesting insights on organizational change. Overall, we can observe many forms of sports non-profit organizations in civil society, which differ in degree of proffesionalization, degree of formalization and the values they hold. This case study reveals the problems of local non-profit sports organization, which is undergoing a gradual change. This change is related to the development of the organization, after gradual change of values and objectives, the organization must now adapt corresponding structure. This study contains the recommendations specifically for this organization, however they can be used by other entities as well.
The Diagnostic of communication in NGO

The quality of a communication in every organization is shown in a level of management and influence the relationship among co-workers. All at once has an impact to general organization habit and undermines the processes. Leaving the old concept of a management of organization, considering communication as a direction flow, leads to raise an awareness of a communication process itself as well as of its conditions. The diagnostic helps to recognize the current situation and identify the problematic processes displayed in a communication process flow. The theoretical part of this dissertation is devoted to the topic of an Organization and its development with reference to communication. This supports the empirical part of the dissertation where the diagnostic of an organization realized in non-profit market segment organization is presented. The research work is focusing on two communication layers and brings the knowledge of either a communication process or its significant aspects as of management, organizing, planning and working processes. The life cycle theory of the organization and its use in small business

This thesis entitled "Theory of the organization life cycle and its use in small business' handles in the theoretical part with two well known theories of organizations, dealing with development and monitoring of common characters in their lives. In the practical part there is application of chosen theory to selected small engineering-oriented business, and also practical knowledge compared with those described in theory. Due to the special characteristics of the firm is then the next part of the work devoted to devising of appropriate strategies that could be used if a company will continue in development to avoid a crisis period, which may occur in its life cycle. The last part is the specification of possible risks that should the company expect during the development and also devising of preventive measures.

The objective of the diploma paper "Organizational Behaviour and Corporate Culture" is to evaluate the current level of the organizational behaviour and the corporate culture in the allowance organization Centrum služeb pro silniční dopravu, that is managed by the Traffic Department of the Czech Republic. The partial aims are finding imperfections by means of questionnaires and the draft of measures, which would improve the present condition. The theoretical part refers to the account of conceptions of the organizational behaviour and the corporate culture. In the practical part the organization Centrum služeb pro silniční dopravu is described. This part is focused on activities, that have in light of organizational behaviour and corporate culture connection with the aims of this diploma paper. Furthermore in this part there are charactered results from the questionnaire research.
