Concept for Organizational Culture Change in the SPEKO ŠAĽA, s.r.o.

The bachelor thesis deals with organizational culture surveying of a company called Speko Šaľa s.r.o. The theoretical part is focused on surveying of some approaches of the authors to definitions of organizational culture, to ways of classification of the organizational culture into types, to means, elements, determinants, to organizational culture environment and to influence causing needs of changes in the company organizational culture. In the practical part the present state of the company is identified on the basis of a questionnaire and personal interview and measures to improve the organizational culture level are suggested.
