Impact of Organizational Culture on the Effectiveness of a Company

The objective of this paper was to analyze the content of organizational culture of the chosen organization and consider it in relation to efficiency and fulfilling organizational goals and objectives. Based on the results of the completed survey the possibility of changing the real content of organizational culture to better comply with the desired content was outlined.

The goal of my bachelor works is the develop proposals for improving the existing organizational culture of the SŽG in the Brno. In the theoretical part of my bachelor work is devoted to general characteristics of organizational culture. The practical part is considers analysis of problems. On the basis of this analysis I propose changes that would encourage the strategy and performance of the enterprise. At the conclusion of the whole of the work will examine the objectives and hypotheses set out in the introduction to the work.
