Proposal of a Real Estate Company Organisation Structure

The presented dissertation is concerned with legal problematics connected to founding of real estate trading company, its hierarchy, and possibilities of managing and directing of this type of company. Futhrer, the dissertation investigates possibilities of such enterprise to be incorporated in one of the occupational unions (organizations). Least but not last, the paper researches the services that should be provided by a professional company of such type. The dissertation is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part builds on the Commercial Code, where the rules concerning trading company are founded. However, the dissertation also uses various textbooks on management which describe various types of organization structures, that have been created by advancement in organization of human activity. In the practical part, I shortly mention the importance of the hierarchic order of a given society in reaction to a change in development on the real estate market. I also investigate the possibilities of real estate companies to create occupational unions (organizations). Further, I describe advantages and disadvantages, as well as the specific aspects of such behavior. The backbone of the dissertation is the fifth chapter. It is dedicated to the proposal of an organization stucture of a Real Estate company, as well as to the choice of legal form such a company should occupy, and finally, it is dedicated to the services, which should be provided by such company.

Planning the construction contract by the contractor

The diploma thesis deals with the process of planning the costs of a contract for construction. The thesis describes the pricing, contract for construction, construction time models, and allocation of costs during the construction. It introduces a particular contract for construction, which is analysed mainly with regard to the allocation of costs during the construction. The thesis introduces also alternative solutions for the allocation of costs during the construction. The purpose of the thesis is to compare the alternative solutions with the reality, and analyse the allocation of costs during the construction.

Sustainable organisational structure of a social enterprise - draft

Social entrepreneurship is an innovative solution to increasing social problems related to unemployment and its inseparable social impact, such as social exclusion of persons that are disadvantaged in terms of labour market access. In spite of the fact that the law of the Czech Republic lacks a legal framework of social entrepreneurship (the term of social enterprise as such is not legally based nor defined), there are many local activists who make effort to change this state of inequality, using social enterprises as a means of generating new workplaces for people handicapped in terms of entering an open labour market. The main practical goal of the thesis I hereby present is to help those social entrepreneurs with creating more sustainable organisation structure of their businesses. The first part of my thesis is dedicated to explaining basic concepts and charting a theoretical framework of the research. In the second part I focus on the results of empirical research regarding social enterprise operation. The results may serve as practical advice on organisation structure optimisation in the field of gastronomy. Strategy and creation of the organisational structure

The subject of the thesis ? Strategy and creation of the organisational structure? is the analysis of current lifecycle, organizational form and the strategy of the company Žatecké lahůdky, spol. s r. o. The first part deals with theoretical background, the second part is focused on the description of the company and individual analysis. The conclusion includes suggestions of changes to improve the bottlenecks resulting from the analyzes.

Conditions of development of small company in tourism

This bachelor work is about condnitions of development of small and middle companies in tourism. The objective of this bachelor work is to evaluate conditions of development of guest-house Yetti, analyse position of this company in competition, analyse management system, evaluate possibilities of use of operating aids and suggest solutions of further development. Guest-house Yetti was founded in 2003 and is situated in Jizerské hory in a small village called Horní Maxov. When Yetti came to Horní Maxov its strategy was very well able to compete and had a lot of satisfied customers. But after few years the interest of customers began to fall down. Why did it happen? It appeared that good idea is not enough to be successful in business. Good directing is important for business as well as competitive advantage. This bachelor work is evaluatng a marketing mix of guest-house Yetti. Produckt, price and people seems to be all right but place, promotion, packaging, partnership and programing are uncared. Business for own account in tourism is not easy, it has many obstackles and many oportunities. It takes a lot of energy and time, but business for own account gives the businessman freedom.
