Some disfranchisement and limitation of property rights of immovable things in Czech administrative law Summary nThis work deal with some disfranchisement and limitation of property rights of immovable things in Czech administrative law. The work have three main points of interest. First point is discribtion substantive conditions disfranchisement and limitation of property rights. I analyze difference between limitation property according to Art. 11 para. 3 and Art. 11 para. 4 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. It was made "algoritmus intenzity" "the algorithm of intensity" for this diferenciace. There is discribtion substantive conditions of disfranchisement and limitation of property rights according to Art. 11 para. 4: "in public interest under the rule of law and with compensation.", according to Art. 11 para. 3: "under the rule of law, proportionality, general interest" and loock for difference of disfranchisement and limitation of property rights in international documents for example the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms from 1950. Landscape cultivation and the Agricultural Land Fund management are important for land and environment. I have dealt with the issue of the regulatory tools of the exemption of land from Agricultural Land Fund. I tried to create a complex view on this problematic. I deal with the common introduction, analysis of the contemporary legislation, dismantling of individual groups of tools and also practical analysis of specific examples. I suggested some possible adjustments and changes to improve the contemporary situation. I suggested changes to protect the nature and preserve the natural values.

Landscape cultivation and the Agricultural Land Fund management are important fundaments of sustainable development. Therefore I have dealt with the issue of the analysis of conditions of the exemption of land from the Agricultural Land Fund. I tried to create a complex view on this problematic. I dealt with the common introduction, analysis of the contemporary legislation and also practical analysis of specific examples in comparison with the preceding legislation. I suggested some possible adjustments and changes to improve the contemporary situation. I pointed out the bad condition of the environment and legal changes. I suggested changes to protect the nature and preserve the natural values.
