Production of a part of the TV bracket
Vodák, Marek ; Jopek, Miroslav (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
This master’s thesis is focused on the design of the technology to produce a part of the TV bracket. The part is made of steel sheet with a thickness of 2.5 mm. The structural steel S235JR was chosen as the most suitable material with following powder coating. From the possible variants, the production by progressive forming tool was chosen with respect to production requirements and a series size of 30 000 pieces by year. The part will be made in seven steps in designed tool and the total required force is 1013 kN. The production will take place on a mechanical press PCK12 from Bliss-Bret with a maximum force of 1250 kN. The final price of the part is 39.4 Kč.
The production of the console deburring machines
Hlavinka, Martin ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis submitted deals with the project of the change of the production of the semi-finished product of the console which is produced by casting from the cast iron ČSN 42 2420. The component forms the frame of the deburring machine with two electric motors with the gearbox. For the suggested production the method MAG of technology welding was chosen. Because of the given technology the new construction of the component was chosen. The welded product consists of eight parts burnt from heavy-walled sheet metals. The suggested material of the construction is steel S235JR and for welding the filler rod Weld G3Si1, diameter 1 mm is chosen. For the determination of the optimal parameters of welding the testing through the slap next to the skin weld (size a5) was made. Simultaneously with the testing the fracture areas and the weld root were examined. The suggested parameters of welding were used during the preparation of WPS. For the assembling of the component the operating schedule of welding is planned.
Production technology of part OPENER
Němeček, Tomáš ; Kopřiva, Miloslav (referee) ; Novotný, Karel (advisor)
The project elaborated in frame of bachelor’s studies branch B-STG is submitting design of technology production of the cutting – a part made of steel plate S235JR (ČSN 11 375). Pursuant to of the literary pursuit a problem of the cutting technology and calculation was designed shearing on the follow cutting tool. The instrument make use of standardized components and it is adapted to attached into the press LEN 40 C (producer TOMA INDUSTRIES), with nominal tensile force 400 kN. Blanking punch and blanking die are made of alloyed instrumental steel 19 436.9 (POLDI 2002), heat-worked according to drawing documentation.
Manufacturing of clamp
Svoboda, Petr ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The bachelor thesis presents the modernization of the technological process of clamp manufacturing in the company FERRUM s.r.o. The part is used to connect the protective elements with the exit ladder. The component is made of 3 mm thick sheet metal. S235JR steel with subsequent hot-dip galvanizing as an anti-corrosion treatment was chosen as the starting material. Regarding to the size of a series of 1300 pieces per week, the shearing and bending technology in the combined tool was chosen from the production possibilities, where the part will be produced in three steps. In the first, holes for the screws are punched and the part is cut from the blank, the second step is free and serves for shift. In the third the part will be bended. A forming force of 618 kN will be required for production, which will take place on an eccentric press LEN 63 C, located in the company's machine park.
Comparison of laser welds with using direct and scanner welding head
Kudr, Martin ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (referee) ; Mrňa, Libor (advisor)
The master thesis presents a comparison of direct laser and scanner welding. At first, using literary studies explained the technology of laser welding, followed by a practical comparison of these methods. The experiments were performed on austenitic stainless steel X5CrNi18-10 and S235JR structural steels. These methods were compared in welding times, geometry and weld hardness, mechanical properties and economy of use in industry. The comparison shows that the scanner welding is qualitatively equivalent to the conventional laser welding and is also economical.
Production Design of a Holder for Paddle Valve and Pressure Gauge
Bílek, Jan ; Harant, Martin (referee) ; Řiháček, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on the design of a suitable manufacturing technology for a sheet metal holder for valve and pressure gauge control for buses. A 1.5 mm thick sheet metal roll was chosen as a semi-finished product. S235JR structural steel was selected as the optimum material. The production series was set at 150,000 pieces per year. After evaluating suitable production methods, the technology of sequential shearing and bending combined in a combined tool was chosen. In the proposed tool, the part will be produced in four steps from 11 rolls with 95.85 % utilization. The production will be carried out in a Mecânica Exacta eccentric press, model CC100, supplemented by a coil unwinding device.
