Production of form-parts by cutting
Tomášková, Veronika ; Hušek, Martin (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The thesis elaborated in a master's degree programme Manufacturing Technology and Management in Industry proposes a technology for cutting form parts. The part is made of steel EN S235JRG1 (ČSN 41 1373) with 3 mm thickness. Based on literature review with a respect to yearly volume of production (100 000 pcs/year) and surface quality has been designed new technology of fineblanking for manufacturing of the part. For the technology of fineblanking have been made technological analysis and the tool has been design regarding to the chosen fineblanking press Feintool X-TRA 320. The conclusion of the thesis deals with technical-economical evaluation of manufacturing process and also has been compared the price of the part using unconventional production technology.
Production form-parts by cutting
Hansen, Petra ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The thesis elaborated in an undergraduate degree in Manufacturing Technology, proposes a technology for cutting form parts. The specified component is made from 3 mm sheet metal. The material component is structural steel EN S235JRG1. Based on the literature study, several possible methods of production parts are described. After evaluation of the required accuracy, surface quality and yearly volume of production (100 000 units / year) the technology of fine blanking has been chosen. For the production of components will be used: Triple hydraulic press, HFA 3200plus, made by Feintool. Cutting tool has been designed with moving punch, and the tool contains standardized parts. The economic comparison has been made between the methods of precision cutting, trimming and unconventional classic laser technology.
