The main aim of the bachelor thesis is the application of valid law regulations in the area of employment of foreigners. The partial aim is to evaluate the impacts of the regulations of the Act on Employment in the area of employment of foreigners. The literary review explains important concepts and analyzes the process of grant-ing work permits and residence permits. The practical part describes the process of employment of foreigners, applied to the company XY.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the employment of EU/EEA citizens and non-citizens and how their income is taxed. The aim of the practical part is to demonstrate the different tax situations in which they can find themselves when employed abroad. Examples of taxation based on income from abroad and Czech Republic are also included for both tax-residents and tax non-residents.

The thwart of the execution of decision of administrative expulsion The aim of this paper is to elucidate some problems of foreign law, specifically the duplication of the regulation of the thwart of the administrative decision, i.e. whether to proceed in accordance with the Act on the Residence of Foreign Nationals in the Czech Republic or the Criminal Code and thus determine which of these adjustments takes precedence. In this paper, therefore, the two institutions are thoroughly analyzed, including the genesis of their origins and possible changes in the amendments, as well as their impact on foreigners. In addition, related institutions were analyzed, such as decisions on the obligation to leave the territory, or the retention and detention of an foreigner, which may influence decision making on the use of such legislation. In this paper the valid and effective legislation of the Czech Republic, as well as the case law, not only of the Czech courts, but also of the international courts, such as the Court of Justice of the European Union or the European Court of Human Rights, have been analyzed. Czech migration law within the context of EU law

The goal of this diploma thesis is to define, analyze and evaluate the most relevant areas related to the topic of European migration law and politics. Although the subject is quite broad, I try to focus on legal migration. Free movement of EU citizens could not be left out, however I concentrate mainly on position of migrating three country nationals within the EU. I compare the Czech legal system against the European legal system. The thesis has been divided into four chapters, which are further subdivided. In the first chapter the thesis brings a brief definition of the concept of migration in general, including a chronological historical excursion of the European norms connected to the migration law and a description of migration law, politics and the necessity of a suitable integration approach. The second chapter is devoted to create a characterization of the European migration legislation, competences in the field and a definition of fundamental human rights standards. This section also deals with theoretical and practical issues of European citizenship and the associated right of free movement.
