Monitoring system for monitoring of laboratory processes
Bachmayer, Marek ; Odstrčilík, Jan (referee) ; Čmiel, Vratislav (advisor)
The presented work deals with the development of a monitoring system for monitoring the operation of the laboratory. The theoretical part of the work includes information on the safety of operation and work in biological laboratories, measured physical quantities and the principle of their measurement. The monitoring system is built on a compact ESP32-CAM camera and a WeMos D1 development board. The practical part consists of the design and implementation of a given system and the creation of a full-stack application for displaying live input from the laboratory for monitoring measured quantities in real time.
Design of Mobile Application for BUT Students
Vlasák, Adam ; Neuwirth, Bernard (referee) ; Dydowicz, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the topic of mobile application design with a primary focus on the Android platform from Google. The design is also applicable to Apple's iOS platform. The application will be intended for BUT students. With the help of the application, students will have quick access to the most common items of the BUT intraportal and studis.
Hardware Indicator of Notifications for Smartphones with Android
Bártl, Roman ; Zemčík, Pavel (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
This thesis deals with design and development of a notification device depicting all kinds of notifications from smartphones. The core of this device is an Arduino board. This thesis also includes an implementation of Android application which handles these notifications and sends them to the device via Bluetooth Low Energy. There is an emphasis on simplicity and intelligibility of the whole embedded system.
Server Data Monitoring with Android Notification
Bohuš, Michal ; Polčák, Libor (referee) ; Holkovič, Martin (advisor)
Thesis is concerned with server data monitoring, messages generation and mobile application development for receiving notifications from server. Monitoring of the user's selected data takes place on the server. For data monitoring purposes were as source chosen NoSQL databases, SQL database and terminal within OS. Messages are generated based on user's specified rules over the monitored data. They can be sent both to an individual or group of people to e-mail or mobile application. Through the mobile application it is possible to subscribe or unsubscribe to receive messages and view recieved message.
Application for Food Quality Rating for iOS
Bobák, Petr ; Herout, Adam (referee) ; Beran, Vítězslav (advisor)
In this thesis I deal with development of mobile application for iOS platform which is part of ''food quality rating in catering facilities'' student project. I am describing a journey starting from interface design through implementation details about user interface and application logic to final evaluation of this application. Design of interface and evaluating is my main point of interest. I have followed prototyping methodology throughout the development with which I also acquaint the reader. User can effectively get access to rating and comments of dishes with this application. It is also possible to create, rate, comment and add useful information about the dish. User interface respects environment and situation in that way the user is not distracted and disturbed when using the application actively. The thesis brings to the reader current view of the development of mobile applications whose market has grown in recent years rapidly.
Context-Aware Notification Filter for Android
Jaklovský, Samuel ; Špaňhel, Jakub (referee) ; Szentandrási, István (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to develop an application for devices running Android which will determine user profile, based on obtained context, and apply user pre-defined sound settings for this profile. The thesis contains a description of common theory and design of user interface which was implemented as fully operational application. The application uses Naive Bayes classifier and Decision tree for determining the user profile. The functionality of the application was successfully tested by twenty users. The average ratings in the questionnaires were about eight and a half points from a possible maximum of ten. These results can be considered successful.
Notification Filter for Android
Vlkovič, Vladimír ; Zachariáš, Michal (referee) ; Szentandrási, István (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to develop an application which can block incoming calls, text messages and notifications on Android based mobile devices. The thesis contains a description of common theory, three designs of user interface from which two of them were implemented as applications. These two applications use different approaches to the filtering. The first uses the black list approach, the other the white list approach. The applications were successfully tested by twenty users. The average score in the questionaires was six out of seven which is considered a great success.
