Employee Satisfaction and Motivation in the Selected Company
Vrána, Daniel ; Kruntorádová, Markéta (referee) ; Konečný, Štěpán (advisor)
Presented thesis deals with the issue of employee satisfaction, remuneration and motivation in a selected company. The intention of the thesis is to investigate the employees' job satisfaction and the state of overall remuneration in the selected company by means of semi-structured interviews and a follow-up questionnaire survey. A secondary, equally important, intention is to determine whether the firm is making sufficient use of low-cost but highly effective non-financial reward methods that could help the firm to optimize costs in the upcoming difficult macroeconomic climate. The main objective of the paper is to propose solutions that would lead to an improvement in the state of employee motivation based on the data collected and at the same time, given the threat of the coming recession, prevent the firm from wasting financial resources.
