Detached house with a law office in Vyškov

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a design and project documentation of a detached house with a law office in Vyškov. The building has three floors and a partial basement. The roof of the building is designed as a flat roof. There are two cellars, a game room and a wine cellar in the basement. The law office is placed on the first floor and it allows access for people with reduced mobility. On the second and third floor two dwelling units with terraces are placed. The entrances to the housing part and the law office are separated. The building has a garage designed for two personal vehicles.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design documentation of a new-build house of a detached house, designed for the housing of a four-member family. The object is located in a foothill area on a sloping terrain, accessible from adjacent local service communications. To the building leading a front door staircase and a terrain staircase leading to the main entrance on the first floor. Along the staircase leading the ramp to the garage door in the basement. The building has two above-ground floors and one underground floor. The building foundations are formed by foundation strips of plain concrete. The staircase and the ramp are separated by a gravity reinforced concrete wall due to the height elevation. The structural system of walls and ceilings are designed in the Porotherm system. The perimeter masonry is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The roof is made of warm flat roof with asphalt roofing. Access to the roof is by a steel ladder with a protective basket placing on the facade. In the basement there are a garage, three storage rooms and a workshop. On the ground floor there are a kitchen with a dining room, a pantry, a living room, a technical room, a bathroom, a toilet, a wardrobe and a terrace. On the first floor there are two children's rooms, a bedroom, a wardrobe, a bathroom, a toilet and a balcony.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is working out of project documentation. It is new building of family house in town Veľké Bierovce, which is located close of the county town Trenčín. Family house will consist from two aboveground floors and partially basement. Roof is flat mono-layer.The aboveground floors are designed from ceramic structural system HELUZ. Basement is designet from shuttering blocks from the system Premac tied by concrete reinforcement, embedded by plain concrete.The first aboveground floor will be served as living part of the object, the second floor is designed as resting area. In the basement located utility room, laundry room and storage rooms.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is working out the project documentation for the process of planning permission of a detached house in the town of Nemšová, which is 16 km from the county seat in Trenčín. Vertical and horizontal supporting structures of both floors are designed from the type of system Porotherm, which is a type of block construction system. The basement is built from shuttering blocks from the system of Terrablock, where the blocks are embedded in concrete and interconnected with reinforcement. Roof structure is designed as a single aisle flat roof sitting on the ceiling construction above the last floor. This house has got two floors above ground and a basement. The first floor is used as a social part of the house and the second floor acts as a quiet zone. In the basement there are rooms which serve mainly for all utilities and also as a cellar for storing garden products. There is also a relaxing part of the house which has fitness facilities. The building site is flat and located near the river Vlara, which is separated from the land by a flood dyke to protect against the millennial water. All constructions were designed according to valid ČSN codes and regulations.

The project deals with a new – built section basement detached house designed for one - generation family, consisting of four members. It is situated in a slope area, the entrance is from the local utility road. The building has three storeys and a basement. The roofing is made by extensive vegetative roofs. There is a flat roof over the first floor and a pent roof over the second floor. The building is based on the strip footing of plain concrete. The bearing system is from the Ytong building system.
