The basis of the development strategy proposal is strategy analysis (financial analysis, general and related professional analysis, SLEPT and SWOT analyses). The final part of this work is focused on an evaluation of how the proposed strategy could be implemented.

The theoretical aspects and analysis of current situation are followed by automated trading system proposal. The system is designed on basis of technical indicators and tested on historical data and then optimized.

The main objective of the bachelor's thesis is to suggest appropriate measures that will contribute to the development of the Syrovar minibrewery, thereby improving its position in the brewery industry market. The recommendations are derived from a SWOT analysis. To identify the external environment, a PESTE analysis and Porter's five forces analysis are employed. The internal environment is described through factors such as technological develoment, marketing and distibution factors, production factors, labor resources, and financial analysis.

This diploma thesis addresses the issue of determining the strategy of a company operating in a complex electrical engineering market. The aim was to develop a concrete form of possible strategies based on a thorough analysis of both the in-ternal and external environment of the company. The means that served this pur-pose are, for example, Porter's model of 5 competitive forces, PEST analysis, or the SPACE method. The achieved results are very specific recommendations and a proposal for further action of the company within the framework of increasing its competitiveness and increasing its market share. These recommendations will lead to an increase in margins over a 5-year horizon and also to a significant in-crease in sales in the longer term.

This diploma thesis is headed to define the strategic recommendation for competitive strength consolidation of supplying companies to automotive makers. For output in the practical background was applied external analysis and competitive force analysis. For examination of branch attractive and for suggestion strategy for these supplying compa-nies was applied EFE, SPACE and GE matrix. For plastic suppliers was recommend aggres-sive strategy with new branch investment and innovation, rising market share, using con-solidations, outsourcing, effective MIS for maintenance or levelling individual "Tier" levels with leader company in the branch.
Strategy proposal for private grammar school

This bachelor thesis is focused on creating a strategy for private grammar school. The first part of the thesis consists of a literature review, where strategic management and public sector are described. In following section, results are described for the case of Pražské humanitní gymnasium. These include analysis of the internal and external environment. When analyzing the external environment, PESTE analysis and Porter's five forces analysis are used. Principle of key factors is used for analysis of the internal environment. Afterwards, IFE and EFE Matrix help identify the most important factors, which were then used in SWOT analysis. Using the SWOT analysis, four strategies are created, from which one is chosen as a final strategy for realization and evaluated from the economical point of view.

The aim of this thesis is to design a strategy for a Business hotel. It will be based on the analysis of external and internal environment, where will be used the company data. The design strategy will lead to increased competitiveness as well as greater occupancy of hotel rooms. PESTE analysis and Porter’s five forces analysis will be used to analyse the external environment. The analysis of the internal environment will be based on the company data. This list of external and internal factors will then be used for further investigation. In the thesis it will be used EFE and IFE Matrix. Then the SWOT analysis will be created. Then with this SWOT analysis will be design a strategy that will improve some hotel processes and increase occupancy of hotel rooms. The design strategy will be economically evaluated.
