The master´s thesis is focused on application of Management Control System in company especially on planning and analysis of deviations. In theoretical part of the thesis will be described basic charakteristic and terms and will be used continualy in the analytical part. In this part Honeywell s.r.o. will be described and analyzed its current situation and methods for planning costs. Then will be analyzed and interpreted deviations based on actual data in MS Excel. In the proposal part will be propose actions to improve the current situation in the form of implemetation new program MS Power BI or Tableau into controlling team.

Theoretical part specifies the different types of expenses, the internal departments and the responsibility centres. In the practical part these findings are applied into environment of this company and then are evaluated. In the concluding part there are described suggestions how to optimizme the costs of the company.

Management Cost in Centers as a Tool to Achieve the Financial Goals of the Company

Main purpose of this thesis is characteristics of compiling, monitoring and assessing costs on individual cost centres and identifying cost management as an instrument for achieving company financial goals. Further, the thesis focuses on accounting of revenues and costs among cost centres and internal prices within the company. First part of the thesis is concerned with theoretical knowledge regarding costs; second part is concerned with practical analysis of cost management in a specific company. In the final part of the thesis, there are recommendations for the company to make cost management processes on individual cost centres efficient.

This study evaluates systém of the control the company. It is trade - sold company that is member of international holding structure. The system of the control contains reports from controlling, external and internal Audit. Every komponent of the kontrol systém is detailed described in relation in the new implemented software and consequently evaluated. The implemented systém was found as applicable in the business life however in the end of the work are input recommendation for improvement and higher effectivity of the whole system.
