Decision-making on the Choice of a Business Form

The diploma thesis focuses on decision-making process during choosing the form of business. It finds and describes the criteria that should be considered in this selection. These criteria compares and evaluates on a model situation in relation to the five chosen variants. The thesis contains suggestions of precedures leading to the choosing the suitable form of business, characterizes their advantages and disadvantages and presents situations in which the procedure is convenient to use.
The Comparison of building savings on the Czech market

The bachelor thesis focuses on comparison of specific building savings offers at selected institutions operating on the Czech market. The thesis contains functioning and conditions for the establishment of building savings. The information obtained from the questionnaire focused on the popularity of building savings among the population, shows that building savings is still widely used as a product to save money among other financial products. When determining the best offer, multicriteria decision-making is used, where all important factors for selecting a suitable building offer are included and taken into account. The institutions Modrá pyramida, ČSOB and Moneta are selected for comparison. The data for the comparison of offers are collected through an interview in selected institutions. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis is to determine the most advantageous offer of building savings from the three selected institutions.

Application of multicriteria decision-making methods in digital marketing

The work applies methods of multicriteria decision-making to various sources and media in the field of digital marketing. The calculation of the efficient strategy of the digital marketing is included. The strategy brings sorts of conversions, audience and attention together with minimizing costs. The application of multicriteria discrete decision-making methods is carried out in the environment of websites of firms on the sources and their general category medium. On the website of the company products are promoted and strengthened brand awareness. The methods of multicriteria decision-making using the discrete method of decision-making with determination of the order of variants with cardinal information were used for the calculations. Part of this work based on calculation of the efficient strategy of the digital marketing is also the analysis of used keywords and the most common conversion paths of the sources and media.
Evaluation of selected EU countries

This diploma thesis targets the evaluation of fifteen chosen EU countries using the methods of multicriteria decision-making. The topic is elaborated from the perspective of a student of the University of Economics, Prague, who chooses a suitable country to gain experience abroad. Students' preferences are recorded in a questionnaire and grouped using direct weights estimation method. The ORESTE, WSA, TOPSIS, PROMETHEE II and MAPPAC methods are described in the thesis and applied to the data using an add-on of Microsoft Excel -- Sanna. Since the questionnaire contains a question on the students' subjective ranking of countries, it is possible to compare the two rankings (subjective and calculated) to determine whether they are comparable and the students' decision-making is consistent.
The Super Decisions - Software application for multicriteria decision making based on ANP method

This bachelor thesis deals with the overview of Super Decisions, which provides wide palette of tools for multicriteria decision-making based on ANP (Analytical Network Process) method. This method is more general form of hierarchical AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. Advantages of the ANP lie in opportunity to use all known dependency relations (including feedback dependence). First, theoretical background is overviewed and the fundamental scale of pairwise comparison is introduced. Also the general outline of steps for building ANP models is involved. The second part of this thesis offers brief tutorial for constructing of both simple network model and multilayer BOCR model that includes also the sensitivity analysis. Explanation based on practical examples follows.
