Apartment building
Teplý, Jan ; Hrabovský, Kristián (referee) ; Brukner, Bohuslav (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is about apartment building that is being built in sloping terrain. The building has 3 floors above ground and 1 floor underground. In total building has 12 residential units. Access to the apartment building is barrier-free so is one residential unit. Building has underground parking garage and outside parking aswell. The building is structurally made of monolithic reinforced concrete frames. The infill masonry consists of ceramic blocks. The foundation structure is reinforced concrete slab. The substructure of the building is isolated with asphalt sheets. The building has flat roof. Apartment building is insolated with external ETICS system. The building is designed as nearly zero energy building.
Design and analysis of reinforced concrete or masonry structures
Skočdopole, Jakub ; Švaříčková, Ivana (referee) ; Požár, Michal (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the static solution of the reinforced concrete ceiling slab and the inclined column of a 2-storey multi-storey building. The first part is devoted to the design of a point-supported plate, a cross-reinforced plate and an inclined column inclined by 15° from the vertical structure according to the limit state method. A spatial 3D model was created in the SCIA Engineer program, which was used to determine the internal forces in the structure. The correctness of the model results was verified by the sum of moments method. The second part deals with the study of the influence of the slope of the columns on the structure, when one row of columns in the 2nd floor was inclined and then the effect of this change on the structure and the static assessment were compared. Reference slopes chosen for the study: 0°; 15°; 30°; 50°, a partial spatial 3D model of the structure was created for each variant. The appendix of the bachelor's thesis is a detailed static calculation according to valid ČSN EN standards, drawing documentation and a study of the influence of the inclination of one row of columns on the reinforced concrete structure.
Apartment building
Svobodová, Tereza ; Lavický, Miloš (referee) ; Matějka, Libor (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the new apartment building in Prostejov, which will meet the requirements and conditions for a building with almost zero energy consumption. This apartment building was designed in such a way that its operation does not limit the operation of adjacent apartment buildings on neighboring parcels in the immediate vicinity. The new building is designed as a detached apartment building on a flat plot. The main entrance and arrival to the plot is from the north side. On the land used by us, a parking area with the number of nine parking spaces will be proposed, which are located in the west. The building also has an underground garage with an additional parking space. The apartment building is designed as four floors with a basement. In the basement of the apartment building, there are storage spaces, together with the technical background of the relevant technologies, a garage with twelve parking spaces, which stands out from the regular shape of the building's floor plan. On the 1st floor there is also a carriage house, a bicycle shed, a cleaning and technical room and three apartment units. Only residential units are located on the other above-ground floors. The total number of residential units is twelve. They are divided into three layout categories – 1+kk, 2+1, 3+1. Apartment units on the 2nd floor, 3rd floor and 4th floor have balconies designed for recreation. If necessary, the layout of apartments and common areas can be changed to meet the requirements of barrier-free use of the building by persons with disabilities. The bachelor's theses were prepared in accordance with the current legal regulations of the Czech Republic as of the date of submission of this bachelor's thesis.
The load-bearing reinforced concrete structure
Čapek, Andrej ; Čairović, Dorde (referee) ; Girgle, František (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is focused on the design of the load-bearing monolithic reinforced concrete structure of an apartment building according to the specified documents. The content of the work is the design of a locally supported ceiling slab above the 2 underground floor, for which 3 variants were calculated and compared. Furthermore, the work is devoted to the assessment of a prefabricated staircase. In addition to the text part, a static calculation and drawings of shapes and reinforcements of selected structures are processed.
Apartment building
Kadlecová, Lucie ; Lavický, Miloš (referee) ; Matějka, Libor (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a new building apartment building, which will meet the requirements and conditions for a building with almost zero consumption energy. This apartment building was designed so that its operation does not disturb or did not restrict the operation of adjacent apartment buildings on neighboring land in the immediate vicinity. The apartment building is designed as four floors, partially with a basement. They are in an apartment building dimensioned storage spaces, technical background of relevant technologies, social premises serving as a place of recreation for BD residents and separate housing units. Total the number of housing units is 12.
Structure of apartment building – selected elements
Kanichová, Barbora ; Švaříčková, Ivana (referee) ; Perla, Jan (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is selected construction elements of low-rise apartment building. Reinforced concrete slab of the upper floor is solved in this thesis. The requirement to limit the propagation of impact noise from the staircase to the building and thermal bridge interruption was taken into account in the design of the construction. The deformation of the ceiling structure was verified regarding the integrity of the deposited infill structures. RFEM 5.18 software is used to solve internal forces. All the calculation are performer according to ČSN EN 1992-1-1 and ČSN 73 1201.
Static analysis of an apartment building
Brázdil, Jakub ; Strnad, Jiří (referee) ; Zich, Miloš (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with the design and static analysis of an apartment building. The main task of thesis is to design and access the constructions of an expension of an apartment building. The assesment is carried out according to the ČSN EN 1992-1-1.
Concrete flat slab supported by columns
Macháček, Jan ; Strnad, Jiří (referee) ; Perla, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is a structural design of a reinforced concrete point-supported slab for the second floor construction of a hospital. Software RFEM was used for modeling of internal forces, the results were verified by equivalent frame method and moment coefficient method. According to the RFEM results a tension reinforcement and slab shear reinforcement were designed. The deflection was manually calculated. Afterwards, a reinforcement drawing was made. The calculations correspond with ČSN EN 1992-1-1 a ČSN 73 1201.
Structure of family house – selected elements
Machalíček, Šimon ; Požár, Michal (referee) ; Perla, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with a desing of cast-in-place family house structures. The basis of the thesis is assesment of selected structures (ceiling, walls, beam) by structural desing and subsequent proposal of necessary reinforcement of assessed structures. The outcome of the whole thesis are the drawings.
Civic amenities building
Tesař, Ondřej ; Svoboda, David (referee) ; Berková, Petra (advisor)
The aim of this Master´s project is the design of the elementary art school in Slavkov u Brna. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with architectural and structural design of the building, the second part with design of selected building services, and the third part with a noise study of the building. The building has two floors and a flat green roof. It is operationally divided into two sections with a common entrance - the art school itself and the concert hall. The first section consists of the office, six classrooms, a room for music theory, a choir room, a storage room, and sanitary facilities. The second section includes the concert hall, gallery, foyer, prep room, and sanitary facilities. The technical equipment of the building is located on the second floor. The building has load-bearing ceramic masonry walls, based on plain concrete foundation strips. The floor and roof structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs. The partitions design is ceramic masonry units and acoustic plasterboard walls. The facade design combines greenery and ventilated cladding. The design building services include heating with two heat pumps, ventilation and cooling with two air ventilation systems, rainwater management for toilet flushing, artificial lighting, and photovoltaic power plants for the building services. The noise study covers issues of sound insulation of the building structures, reverberation time in selected rooms, and an urban acoustic study. The result is the correct design of the building in terms of acoustic comfort.
