Apartment building

The bachelor's thesis, entitled Apartment building, deals with project documentation at the level of documentation of construction for an apartment building. The building itself is located on the outskirts of the village Holešov in the direction of the village Přílepy. New construction sites have been created in the locality and development is planned. At the time of processing the project documentation, there are no buildings in the area and only preparatory work and installation of engineering networks are taking place there. The object is of a simple rectangular shape set in the middle of the plot. Most of the areas in the building are used for housing, the rest for technical and communication facilities. All living rooms are oriented favorably to the sides of the world. The apartment building has three floors and is partially basemented by one underground floor. Flats on the first floor of 4 + KK, flats on the second floor of 3 + KK, flats on the third floor of 2 + KK. The building is designed with a transverse wall masonry system of ceramic brick blocks, based on foundation strips. The project addresses two variants of ceiling structures, namely folded beam ceilings with superstructure and monolithic ceilings made of reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a flat roof. The building uses the ETICS contact thermal insulation system in a variant with mineral wool.

This bachelor thesis deals with the construction of an apartment house in Bohuslavice u Zlína. It is a building that has three aboveground and one underground floor in slightly sloping terrain. The property holds 8 housing units. On the first and second floors there are three apartments and in the third one only two. Each floor is connected by a three-armed staircase and an elevator. The building is made of brick blocks Porotherm. The ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete and the roof is flat single-coated. The facade is insulated with ETICS system with white plaster or stone cladding. The project includes technical, thermal, acoustic and light assessment.

The Bachelor´s thesis deals with detached house with an establishment. This detached family house is located in the region of Znojmo in the village Višňové. The building is designed for four people in two-storeys and there isn´t cellar. The building is built from the ceramic system POROTHERM, ceilings are designed monolithic. There are flat roofs - vegetation and roof with gravel. The detached house is followed by the establishment of the car repair service. The building is single-storey, without basement, built fromceramic system Porotherm. Ceilings are monolithic, single-layer roof with gravel.

The focus of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a construction. The construction is a department store with eight residential units - a multifunctional building. The proposed building has five floors, a basement with cellars for each apartment, parking spaces for visitors of the department store, and independent mechanical parking system for residents of the building. The first floor is comprised of technical room, bicycle shed, and also a pharmacy, bakery, and florist with separate entrances. The second floor serves as a cafe with a terrace and sanitary facilities. There is also a drugstore and a clothing store. The other three floors are used for accommodation, comprising of eight apartments in total. The fifth floor consists of one apartment and a terrace for all residents. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeletal structure with a monolithic ceiling and stair slabs. Ceramic blocks are used as infill masonry as well as internal masonry. The roof is designed as flat walkable with concrete paving or as non-walkable with gravel, which is graded according to the floor.
Above-standard family house in Krelov - constructionally technological project

Subject of this work is pursuance technology of above-standard family house. This diploma thesis contains construction and technology report, technological prescriptions for important parts of buildings, technology report of plant building site, concepts of mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan, technology report of health and safety on the construction site. Budget, calculation and time planning, a drawing of the facilities of the construction site, description of transport relations is included in addendum. Work also contains part about use of Calcium silicate masonry and its comparation.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to design and develop project documentation for the construction of new apartment buildings in the city of Nitra. It is a free-standing building with three above-ground and one underground floor in a slightly sloping terrain. The basement of the floor plan extends beyond the above-ground floor, the roof is partly designed as a terrace and partly as a flat green roof. There is a garage, workshop, cellar, utility room and storage for bicycles and stollers. Housing units are located on the upper floors. Each floor has three residential units. The roof above the above-ground floors is a single-skin flat, covered with a layer of aggregate. The foundation structures and the perimeter walls of the basement are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The internal load-bearing system is designed for all floors as masonry made of ceramic blocks. In the basement there are two supporting concrete pillars transferring the load from the reinforced concrete gutters in the place above the garage. Ceilings, balconies and loggias are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The perimeter walls above the ground are contact-insulated with the ETICS system.
Mountain apartment Ružomberok

The subject of the master thesis is the elaboration of part of the project documentation for the construction of a mountain apartment house in the cadastral area of Ružomberok with almost zero energy consumption. The building is designed as a detached building with three above-ground floors and a basement. It is going to be a newly built accommodation facility with lounges, wellness, fitness and a coffee shop located on the upper floors. In the basement of the building there is a collective garage, technical facilities of the building and storage space. The foundation structures, perimeter walls and column support system of the basement are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The internal support system in all above-ground floors is designed as masonry of ceramic blocks. Ceiling structures, balconies and loggias are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof of the building is made as a single-ply roof.

The bachelor's thesis with the topic of an apartment building in Dobruška prepares project documentation at the level for the construction. The building is located in the town of Dobruška. The land is located on a flat terrain. The main purpose was to create comfortable and modern living for families. It is a newly built three-storey apartment building, which is partially basement. The apartment building has a total of 11 residential units, cellars, storage space and technical facilities of the house. Most of the flats are 3 + KK, on the top floor we find 2 flats of 3 + 1. It is a rugged house with the main entrance from the east side. The building is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete. The foundations will be connected in stages from the south. Vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are made of ceramic blocks. The whole building is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. Horizontal structures are reinforced concrete monolithic. The roofing of the building is solved by a single-skin flat roof.
Implementation of Superstructure of Apartment Building in Čierna Voda - Chorvátský Grob

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to process a technological project for the technological stage of the shell construction of an apartment building in the town of Chorvátsky Grob in the local part of Čierna Voda. The construction system of the apartment building is wall-mounted, made of Porotherm blocks. Ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The content of this work is the elaboration of technological regulation for vertical load-bearing and horizontal load-bearing structures, technical report of construction-technological project, time schedule of construction of assigned technological stage, situation of construction site with wider transport relations, construction organization including drawing of construction site equipment, budget for gross construction, control and test plan. Furthermore, the work deals with traffic routes to the construction site, safety and health protection at work, design of machine assembly and comparison of variants of the horizontal load-bearing structure.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a detached apartment building in Boskovice. The object of the apartment building is set in a slightly sloping terrain, has one basement and three above-ground floors. There are six covered parking spaces and nine residential units. On each floor there are three residential units of different layout. The building is designed from a structural system of ceramic fittings, basement and part of the foundation structure are from lost formwork. The ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete, the roof is designed as a warm flat roof. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
