Usage of Modern Methods for Increasing Reliability of Control System Implementations
Szurman, Karel ; Mičulka, Lukáš (referee) ; Kaštil, Jan (advisor)
At avionics control and critical systems is necessary guarantee a minimal level of fault tolerance and their high reliability. On the electronic components in these devices has an undesirable influence environment conditions and mainly cosmic ray. In this paper are described the most common failure types of semiconductor components and devices together with modern methods which can be increased the system fault tolerance and its overall reliability. There are introduced aspects of the avionic systems design due to finally certification and ways to evaluate its safety. This thesis describes design and implementation of the CAN bus control system for the FPGA platform which uses the CANAerospace application protocol. Created system design is improved by the TMR architecture. Fault tolerance of both system version is tested by the SEU framework which allows using the dynamic partial reconfiguration generate an SEU failures into running FPGA design.
Possibilities of application of modern methods in the production of prototype castings
Ulm, Daniel ; Horáček, Milan (referee) ; Cupák, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with technology of Rapid prototyping and its application at foundry industry. It is split into two parts. There are basic priciples of selected methods of Rapid prototyping technology discussed in the first part. Second part is focused on direct and indirect production of foundry molds, including application methods of Rapid prototyping.
On the modern technologies of thread production
Mišák, Ondřej ; Dvořáková, Jana (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the study of threads, specifically the introduction to the basic geometry of threads, their production and modern trends by which threads can be made. The experimental part is devoted to the production of threads using cutting and forming taps, comparison of force and moment loads and damage caused during the production of threads when changing the cutting speed. In the end, the achieved results of experimental tests and their evaluation are summarized.
Evaluation of Corporate Performance
Hurytová, Kristýna ; Zajíček, Kamil (referee) ; Žižlavský, Ondřej (advisor)
The master thesis is focused on performance evaluation of company Zemědělské družstvo Nové Město na Moravě. The first part contains theoretical foundations dealing with explanation basic theoretical terms and modern methods for performance measurement. The second part is practical, where the analysis company is introduced and after that the performance evaluation using of START Model is performed. The main output of master thesis is the last part, namely suggestions, where are presented measures and recommendations directed at the improvement performance of company.
ECG arrhythmia detection
Šoltés, Tomáš ; Filipenská, Marina (referee) ; Novotná, Petra (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes commonly present arrhytmias such as premature ventricular complex, bundle branch blocks and their detection using conventional methods and modern methods, utilising neural networks. Practical part includes: Detection of premature ventricular complexes and detection of bundle branch blocks using statistical analysis of QRS complex and their classification with K-nearest neighbors

This bachelor thesis describes commonly present arrhytmias such as premature ventricular complex, bundle branch blocks and their detection using conventional methods and modern methods, utilising neural networks. Practical part includes: Detection of premature ventricular complexes by their RR intervals and detection of bundle branch blocks using statistical analysis of QRS complex and their clustering with K-nearest neighbors

Utility of modern methods of assessing the financial situation of an enterprise (EVA, MVA and average cost of capital)
KOŘÁNKOVÁ, Romana
This thesis deals with evaluation of the utility of modern methods of evaluation of the financial situation of the company and their comparison with older, classic indicators. The theoretical part deals with the financial analysis of the company and the classical indicators and with the modern indicator Economic value added. This paper describes the concept of the EVA indicator and the transformation of the accounting data leading to the economic data and the items entering the calculation of the EVA are defined in detail. The practical part contains calculations of classical indicators based on the accounting data of company Kern-Liebers in years 2012-2016. The main part of this thesis deals with transformation of accounting data of the company for subsequent calculation of the EVA indicator. In addition, the EVA indicator is decomposed, the company is compared with sectoral values by using the INFA system and in the last step the results of the classical indicators with the modern EVA indicator are compared and the conclusions are interpreted.
