The aim of this work is to make financial benchmarking of the company Pivovar Svijany, a.s. Thanks to the financial benchmarking can assess their financial situation and to compare it with the situation in a sector in which it operates and with the best companies in this sector. This comparison reveals the financial health of the company and its strengths and weaknesses. This work is specifically used the method of benchmarking diagnostic system of financial indicators INFA. This system was designed by husbands Neumaier in cooperation with the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

Performance of company in short-term and long-term

Diploma work deals with performance of company in short-term and long-term. The goal is to introduce the term of company´s performance, methods of its measuring and ways how to improve firm´s results. It is used profitability ratios and its decompositions, other indicators of financial analysis, model INFA with emphasis to indicator spread, bancruptcy and banking models.
