Rozdíl ve zpracování pšenice a žita na mouku

This bachelor thesis is focused on the difference between flour production from wheat and from rye. The work is in the form of literary recherche. There are two parts, the first one focuses on the caryopsis structure and chemical components. The main difference in chemical components of wheat and rye is that the wheat gluten is composed of proteins whereas rye gluten is composed of non-starch polysaccharides and pentosanes. The second part describes the technology of grain processing from the intake, through the milling, where there are different diameters of milling rollers for wheat and for rye. The work delienates the mixing, expedition and characteristics of the single types of passage flours. It also characterizes the given machines and their function in the grain flow and the following grist by the mill another difference between wheat and rye is the colour of the flour, which is caused by the diverse content of the covering layers. The last part evaluates the given problematic of the mill technology.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of recreational potential in the area with a historical object on the territory of Trhonice. The work has a literary part and a design part. In the literary part are defined the basic chapters of recreation and related terms. In the second part of the literature search, milling is defined because the mill is the mentioned historical object. The second part of the thesis is a design, where all the results of the field survey are summarized. In the conclusion, there is a proposal, which is aimed at the increase of attractivity of the area and its recreational potential.
Selected regional monuments of the area North of Plzeň in primary school

The thesis "Selected regional monuments of the area North of Plzeň in primary school" presents concepts of primary schooling combined with an education in selected regional monuments of Northern Plzeň Region. The theoretical part discusses an approach to the regionalistic topics in the educational area "Humans and their world", cross-sectional topics, and key competences that may be developed using the selected educational topic. The thesis continues with an analysis of suitable educational methods connected with an extracurricular pedagogy. This part subsequently discusses an approach to historical monuments as a cultural and historical heritage constituting a legacy that should not be forgotten. The natural environment and cultural-historical evolution of Northern Plzeň Region is discussed next, with a focus on selected cultural monuments and connected topics. Theoretical conclusions on selected monuments are subsequently used as a basis for the excursion proposals detailed in the practical part. The practical part of the thesis presents tuition concept proposals utilizing these places of interest, homeland excursion plans, and activities connected with education in cultural heritage. Development of water law in Czech lands before 1914

The purpose of this thesis was to capture the development of legal regulation of the Czech water law and of water-law relationships, and to point out that miller's law, fisheries law and navigation law are naturally related to the water law. Water transport and handling were not regulated in any manner in the most ancient times. The Czech water law was built on the heritage of the Roman legal culture. From the end of the 10th century, the first mentions of water-law relationships can be found, particularly in monarch's charters. The first important legal regulations related to water included the Mining Code (Ius Regale Montanorum) by king Wenceslas II of 1300-1305 and the Code Maiestas Carolina by king Charles IV, which was not implemented in practice, though. The so called lawbooks are another significant resource for understanding legal regulations related to water. Elements of a complex legal regulation with statewide legal force started to be applied from the end of the 15th and in the course of the 16th century - a number of municipal establishments and the code of municipal law created by Pavel Kristián of Koldín. The proposal of cultural tourism development project in Třeboň region

The objective of this Diploma Thesis is to draft a project of cultural tourism development in Třeboň region. Quantity of ponds and water courses are typical for this territory, and it also parades with a number of water mills that are architecturally or technologically valuable in terms of historic monuments. Despite their value they are not used as touristic sites and that is why to draft a project of Museum of miller's craft Mill of Spolí is a constituent of the Thesis. The sense and the objective of the project are to provide public access into the existing building of the Mill of Spolí as a technical monument. Museum exposition and practical demonstrations of mill machinery should improve the visitors' knowledge and it should inform them about the history of miller's craft and about the history of the Mill of Spolí itself. By these means the fame of Czech miller's craft as one of the traditional elements of country settlement should be reminded.
