The Bachelor's thesis "Organization Security Analysis" deals with the problems of data protection in conection with physical, human resources and administrative security. It is concerned with several significant areas that have a bearing on national institution security - especially with security policy, the personality of manager, assessment of threats and risk levels, as well as with prevention and with specific procedures of solving of security incidents.

Ethical Principles of Czech Journalists in Reporting about Terrorism

An emergency situation like terrorism brings many dilemmas to media ethics This thesis focuses on the question of how selected Czech journalists ethically cover the topic of terrorism, even though the Czech Republic has not experienced a major terrorist attack of the kind seen in Western Europe after 2015. First, the concept of terrorism and its forms and trends are described, then the relationship between terrorism and the media is presented. To illustrate how codes of ethics think about such events, three Czech audiovisual media codes and three foreign ones, available in English, are compared. In the empirical part, the paper focuses on data from qualitative research and follows the principles of grounded theory. Interviews with eight journalists provide insight into how they think about ethics when reporting on terrorism, what rules they have developed and what other ethical areas they draw rules from. Among the principles they name, verifying information, not publishing explicit footage without reason, or trying to suppress information about a terrorist. Another finding is that selected journalists perceive that terrorists want to gain visibility through the media and by reporting on the acts, journalists help fulfill their cause. The perception of crisis communication via social networks by subculture of university students

The subject of my thesis is perception of crisis communication through social network. The aim of this work is to verify the connection and context between social network, interpretation and risk evaluation. The first theoretical part deals on the research of appropriate literature and defines key words like perception of information, communication, crisis communication, social medias and social networks. It also analyses the structure and communication process, types of communication, theoretical models of crisis communication, instruments of crisis communication and social networks themselves such as Twitter and Facebook. The theoretical part is the basis of the empirical part, which describes the realization of the research among college students. Stated hypotheses lead to the formulation of research questions and build the questionnaire. The questions in the questionnaire are built to verify that the high number of shared posts, sharing a particular user or a large number of controversial comments to that contribution may be related to the interpretation and evaluation of the crisis. Regulatory measures in the transport sector focused on processing special emergency plan for the Bridge No. 4-043 in the Strakonice town.

The present paper concerns the topic of regulatory transport management and focuses on the elaboration of an emergency plan of bridge no. 4 - 043 in Strakonice. This topic touches partly the field of transport management in crisis situations and should be part of the crisis plan for the extended municipal area of Strakonice. The objective of my bachelor thesis is to conduct an analysis of the transportation network within the area of the extended Municipality of Strakonice and to develop a proposition of an emergency plan in case of a closing of bridge no. 4 - 043 on road No. 4 in Strakonice, with a proposition of bypasses for traffic routing during the closing of Road No. 4 as well as traffic signaling for indication of the road closure as well as the bypasses. The proposition for the traffic signaling, which ought to be placed on the corresponding grounds shortly before the start of construction works on bridge no. 4 - 043, was elaborated according to the law, rightful norms and its corresponding regulations. The introduction of the paper describes the regulatory measures of rail traffic, road traffic and civil air traffic, as well as provisions of road management initiated in crisis situations. This paper also addresses the laws and responsibilities of the Ministry of Transport, the Regional Office, and the extended Municipal Authority of Strakonice, who are responsible for the road reparation and maintenance. Furthermore, this paper deals with the transport policy of the European Union designated to modernize the transport infrastructure in member states in order to correspond to the pan-European standards as well as to its role in the defense sector during the state of constant preparedness for the transition of normality to a state of crisis or a state of war demanding the defense of the state. The result of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of an engineering transport management plan in case of a closing of bridge number 4 - 043, in which six specific traffic situations are applied to the closing of the bridge, the rerouting of traffic and the corresponding signaling communication. This engineering transport management is practically applicable in case of an actual closing of the bridge during construction works. Ultimately, the paper also addresses potential complications for the population of the city of Strakonice and nearby communities caused by higher traffic density due to the closing of the bridge. It was necessary to account for higher traffic density on the proposed bypasses. According to the official information of the Directorate of Roads and Highways, responsible for Road No. 4, there are no major construction works planned on bridge no. 4 - 043, neither are there any plans for its closure. The hereby presented bachelor thesis does not contain only theory but makes an actual practical contribution. It will support the Transport Department of the Municipality of Strakonice in the elaboration of their regulatory transport management and will be included in the crisis plan for the extended municipal area of Strakonice.
