Optimalizace logistických procesů ve sklářském průmyslu

This thesis deals with the deployment of stocks of finished products in a newly built warehouse of company Sklárny Moravia a.s. as to minimize the loading time of goods dispatched. Firstly was created the theoretical part, which covers theoretical background related to the topic of the thesis. In the introduction to the practical part were described the activities of the logistics department of the company and the warehouse. The main point of this work consists in choosing the appropriate optimization methods for deployment of inventory in the warehouse, calculating the access times to the individual warehouse positions and the establishment of a model proposing optimal deployment of inventory. The obtained results were drawn conclusions and recommendations were created.

Toky materiálu a řízení zásob jsou důležité oblasti řízení podniku. Druhy zásob lze rozdělit podle funkce v podniku nebo podle použitelnosti. Bod rozpojení objednávkou zákazníka vstupuje do jednotlivých částí logistického retězce. Metody řízení zásob pomáhají udržovat optimální hladinu zásob. Provedením analýzy současného řízení skladu výrobního materiálu byly zjištěny některé nedostatky, které lze odstranit navrhovanými kroky.

Řízení zásob a pohledávek podniku

Podstatou bakalářské práce je zhodnotit řízení zásob a pohledávek ve zvolené kapitálové společnosti, konkrétně v letech 2002 - 2005. V teoretické části jsem definovala nejen základní pojmy v oblasti zásob a pohledávek, ale také metody řízení zásob a pohledávek, náklady s nimi spojené, problémy z oblasti řízení zásob a pohledávek. Tyto informace jsem převedla do praktické části a uplatnila je při analýze řízení zásob a pohledávek v konkrétním podniku v delší časové řadě. Zde jsem zhodnotila zásoby a pohledávky a provedla hodnocení jednotlivých typů podnikových zásob a druhů pohledávek, které podnik vykazuje.
