Involvement of students in sport volunteerism

Title: Involvement of students in sport volunteerism Objectives of: Determine differences in the participation of students in sport volunteerism in Czech Republic, Germany and America. Based on a different outlook on volunteering in each of these countries propose recommendations for increasing the involvement of students in volunteerism. Methods: One of the methods used in this study was surveying groups of students in the three countries. Each survey consisted of a written questionnaire, which allowed students to evaluate their participation in sport volunteerism. Another method used was observation, which consisted of studying the organization level of volunteers in three different sporting events. Results: The results of investigation was finding that volunteering in the Czech Republic is still less popular than volunteering in Germany and America. Thus, Czech students are less involved in volunteer activities. Yet, volunteering in sport is a very popular area, especially for students who are studying within a sports field. Voluntarism in Sports - FIS Nordic Junior & U23 World Ski Championships Liberec 2013

Title: Voluntarism in Sports - FIS Nordic Junior & U23 World Ski Championships Liberec 2013 Objectives: The main target of the thesis is to evaluate the area of voluntarism during the FIS Nordic Junior & U23 World Ski Championships Liberec 2013 and to suggest recommendations for working with volunteers during other future sports events in the Liberec area. Methods: The method of electronic survey and subsequent observation was chosen for the research. The sample of respondents was chosen from the team of FIS Nordic Junior & U23 World Ski Championships Liberec 2013 volunteers. Results: The research showed that the organization of the volunteer program at FIS World Junior and U23 athletes was evaluated by the volunteers very positively; however, the research revealed weaknesses in the individual items of the agenda. The improvements are focused on the recruitment part of the program, training of the volunteers and the final evaluation and rewarding of the volunteers. Based on the results of the research, the draft of recommendations and proposals, which are suitable for further work with volunteers at sporting events, was compiled. Title: Volunteering in a sports event - Olympic Parks 2016-2018 Objectives: The main objective of this thesis, based on the research of the development of volunteer satisfaction rate of cooperation with the Czech Olympic Committee, is to provide specific recommendations for improving the cooperation between these parties. The research will focus on the cooperation between COC and volunteers within the events of Rio - Lipno 2016 and PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Parks. Methods: The research was implemented using qualitative and quantitative methods. For the quality of the data an interview with the main volunteer coordinator, Tomáš Mirovský, and the observations in the natural environment of the events were conducted. The author participated in this sporting event as a volunteer. She represented an equal member of the group. As the observer was in the position of participant of the team, the other co-workers were informed about her true identity. The quantitative method was implemented through paper and electronic questionnaires. Results: The research results showed that the development of the satisfaction rate of volunteer cooperation with the Czech Olympic Committee improved in 2018. Title: Volunteering on sport event - Olympic Park Rio Lipno 2016 Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to research the satisfaction of the volunteers' cooperation with The Czech Olympic Comittee at the sport event. The Olympic Park Rio Lipno 2016 Methods: The research has been carried out using questioning and observation. The quantitative method was implemented through written and electronic quastionnaires. Another method chosen for this survey was participated observation in the original environment, implemented though personal questioning. For accomplishing higher quality survey I chose to participate at this event as volunteer myself. In my role as observation volunteer, sc. an equal member of the team, was to inform the coworkers about my true identity. Results: The results of research showed that the volunteers evaluated the organization of cooperation with The Czech Olympic Commitee as average and with the course of which they were rather satisfied. Through the research I have identified the organizational shortcomings that need to be addressed in the future collaboration with volunteers. Volunteering in the Social Services in the Region Prachatice

The work deals with the importance of volunteering in social services and the use of volunteers in them. It contains the basic concepts with which we are to meet areas of volunteering v Also, there is shown jaké the voluntary pro organization and volunteer for the interest. The paper describes the characteristics of volunteer service in accordance with law 198/2002 Sb. The contracts and their appurtenances, which are an integral part of the volunteer work also can read.
