	Analysis and Proposal for the Use of Brownfields in the Former Brick Factory in Brno Pšikalová, Věra ; Hakl, Filip (referee) ; Čech, Josef (advisor) The master thesis deals with a problematic of brownfield´s regeneration and reuse in relation to the issue of sustainable development. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and create a proposal for the brownfield´s regeneration in the former Kohn´s brick factory in Brno. The proposal of the regeneration should be based on the analysis of HABU, which leads to the highest and the best possible use of any property. The analysis includes the detailed knowledge about the brownfield´s site and their demarcation in the urban planning documents of the city of Brno. According to the proposal of the brownfield´s regeneration, there will be four investment options. They will be distinguished through their time horizon of the investment valorization. Each investment option will be thoroughly reviewed. Option with the biggest valorization will be recommended for the potential realization Detailed record
