This bachelor thesis deals with the production of a finishing instrument for roughing three different diameters. The first chapter introduces the selection of the required material, the semi-finished product design and the heat treatment of the product. The following is determination of the production conditions and compilation of the technological process and drawing. At the end of this work there is an evaluation of the technical-economic aspect and a discussion about possible upcoming situations.

Proposal of Measures for Risk Reduction in the Company JOSA KOVO s.r.o.

Diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of selected process of company JOSA KOVO s.r.o. and on the detection of selected risks. Acquired knowledge from the theoretical part is utilized for the application of selected risk analysis method in the practical part. Detection of risks will be performed with the use of analysis of internal and external company environment and risk analysis method. Identified risks will be evaluated and with the use of acquired knowledge there will be made a proposal of recommendations and measures, which will lead to reduction of risks. Diploma thesis provides a comprehensive view of measuring and reducing risks in business environment, in terms of theoretical methods and also practical application for a selected company.

Non-agrarian production in early middle ages. Archeological evidence of metalworking.

This paper analyzes archeological evidence of metalworking during the period of the Early Middle Ages (i.e. from the 6th to the 1st half of the 13th century) in Bohemia and Moravia. The chronological and spatial development of the evidence will be discussed, which should illustrate the dynamics of the ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy. The main focus lies on the changes in the social context of metal production both in the central and peripheral areas. The basis of the paper is the catalogue evidence and the analysis of the various sites where metalworking took place. The catalogue is based on the data from published literature as well as from the Archeological Database of Bohemia. In the material the sites where some evidence of metalworking was found are included, but finds which were discovered by surface survey were not considered since these can never be fully reliable. This bachelor thesis deals with financial analysis of company SATES s.r.o. The main goal of this thesis is evaluation of the current economy of analyzed company and prediction its future growth. This goal will be achieved through methods of technical financial analysis. These methods include horizontal and vertical analysis, financial ratios analysis, pyramidal decomposition of return on equity, economic value added analysis and analysis of bankruptcy models.
