During my life and subsequently during my studies in various subjects I have met with terms as mental handicapped, mental disabled, socialization. There were one day events with titles {\clqq}Together it prove``, during first and second class. When I organized these meetings with the other people I had an idea to create a model or sample event for everybody, who wants to do something exceptional or interesting for mental handicapped people. In the course of integration days {\clqq}Together it prove`` I realized, how reciprocal relation it is. By these meetings, we non-handicapped people realize, how easy are our ordinary worries and what we can learn from our handicapped citizens.

The focus of my thesis is an introduction of interventional physical training into the gym lessons at primary schools in the whole South Czech district. Research was performed in fifteen schools where mentally handicapped people are educated. The program contained simple physical games, psychomotorical and yoga exercises, with the aim to develop physical capability and ability of mentally handicapped pupils. The program was applied for five months and verified with the use of initial and final measurement. The acquired data were statistically processed and evaluated.
