CHADOVÁ, Anna
The bachelor thesis has been divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part dealt with enteral nutrition, percutaneous endoscopic gastronomy. The theoretical part is concluded by a chapter about nursing clients with PEG probe. The practical part contains two aims. The first aim was to map out specifications of nursing clients with percutaneous endoscopic gastronomic probe. The second aim was to find out what problems there are in nursing clients with PEG probe from the nursing staff perspective. Two reseach questions were posed: Question number 1 was focused on the specifications of nursing clients with PEG probe. Question number 2 aims at problems in nursing perceived by nursing staff in clients with PEG probe. The empirical part of the bachelor thesis was processed via a qualitative research survey, using semi-structured interviews and involved observation. Interviews were carried out with eight probants in the aftercare department. Results have proven that interviewed probants manage PEG client nursing using a PEG probe. They manage to nurse the injection spot, serve nutrition and medication through the PEG probe. Problems have been spotted in sucking stomach content away, and client positioning before nutrition serving. Further, the research has proven that probants stated PEG probe blocking as one of the most frequent complications, together with an inflammation of the injection spot, everything was consulted with a doctor. The results of this bachelor thesis could be used for purposes of educational seminars in aftercare department, thus increasing nurses´ awareness as well as imporvement in PEG probe client nursing
Teacher´s work with ADHD children and their integation to the class
DOMIANOVÁ, Kateřina
This bachelor work tries to figure out how deep is knowledge of ADHD disorder in pedagogical colective. The goal of this work is to survey knowledge of pedagogue about ADHD disorder due to rising tendecies of this disorder. Another goal was to find out if it is better for child to have a personal asssistent which would help it. Or if it would not be better to leave children with this kind of a problem in specialized schools or subsume them to classic primary schools. Forty-eight pedagogue from five primary schools participated in this survey: ZŠ L.Kuby (České Budějovice), ZŠ Máj (České Budějovice), ZŠ a MŠ Ledenice, 3.ZŠ Cheb, ZŠ Františkovy Lázně. Pedagogues completed questionnaire about ADHD disorder. Another study for bachelor work was observation of pupil with ADHD within class in which was found out if he is capable of working alone. Praktical part of bachelor work is finalized by interview with assistent worker of pupil diagnosed with ADHD disorder. The assistent contributed to my work with hers oppinions and view of ADHD from professional position. By the evaluation of my survey it was proven that pedagogues mostly, eventhough they have pupils with ADHD, are not educated enough about this disorder and by this means they do not know ho to efficiently work with them.
Analysis of costs on HIV positive´s treatment
Hermannová, Monika ; Písař, Pavel (advisor) ; Chalupníček, Pavel (referee)
Virus HIV was first diagnosed in 1986 in the Czech Republic. Since then, over a one thousand of people have been infected. The treatment of such patients is very expensive owing to high prices of medicaments. These are influenced especially by high costs of the development of new drugs. The question of financing the costs of treatment of infected people is becoming more and more up-to-date as their number increases every year. In my thesis, I analyse the contemporary situation in terms of the number of patients and costs expended annually on their treatment, as wells as on prevention against the contagion. Further, I focus on concrete ways of treatment in relation to their financial severity and effectiveness. A part of work is also the quantification of public and private sources of financing of the HIV positive treatment. Finally, I attempt to predict the growth of costs associated with the expected rise of the number of diseased and its impact on the health system. The paper will also contain an international comparison.
