The intention of my bachelor’s thesis was to create an appropriate and gentle place for four to five-member family. The project solves a new building of detached house in cadaster unit of village Vigantice in the mild slope land. The building is solved with two story´s with partial cellar. The first above-ground floor has plan of letter “L”, the part of the building with the cellar has rectangular plan. The external and internal loadbearing masonry are created from sand-lime brick of system KM BETA SENDWIX. The floor structures are created as cast-in-place reinforced concrete floors. The major area of the building is roofed with mono-pitched roof made from timber truss girder with a different slope in a main and a minor (garage) part of the building. The main part with the slope of 7,5 % and the minor part with the slope of 13 %. The room of wind lobby is roofed with flat roof. The building has contact thermal insulation of system ETICS. The bachelor’s thesis has the form of design documentation for the building process.
