Subject of the thesis is to design a new shipyard. Our site is located on the beach of Brněnská přehrada. Place is narrow, in the slope. Inspiration of my project were at first the Mediterranean city whose houses follow the slope. Place will be use for the sport. And the sport was the second inspiration. Sport is opened for everybody and same is my building. Integrate everybody, not only athletes. All sport tools are especially useful. My project places great emphasis on the functionality that is to be traced in the form of buildings. And sport is mainly fun. Shipyard is not closed, but use a lot of free space for the free time and fun.

Marina in the work of Jan van Goyen with regard to the collections of the National Gallery in Prague

This thesis deals with marine painting by one of the leading 17th century Dutch landscape painter Jan van Goyen. The art theme of the marine will be presented in the background of the cultural-historical context of the Golden Age of Dutch painting when the development of marine of the 17th century was conditioned by successful seafaring, which was one of the main pillars of the Dutch economy. The development of the marina genre will be described chronologically from the first generation of marine painters. Furthermore, the second generation to which belongs Jan Porcellis, the founder of the realistic tradition in the marina, had a great influence on the work of Jan van Goyen, who also belongs to the second generation. The main emphasis will be focused on the analysis of selected works by Jan van Goyen from the National Gallery in Prague. The method of formal and iconographic analysis will be applied to the selected works. The certain paintings will be further interpreted through the socio- cultural context of the time when the works were created. The third generation of marine painters will be introduced as well. This bachelor thesis consists mainly of collections from National Gallery in Prague. The purpose of this work is to reflect Jan van Goyen's marine in the collection of the National Gallery...

Marine in the oeuvre of Jan van Goyen and his contemporaries in the context of Czech collections

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the selected works of the Dutch marine of the 17th century from the Czech collections, especially from the National Gallery Prague and the Moravian Gallery in Brno. The main emphasis will be focused on the selected works by one of the leading Dutch landscape painters Jan van Goyen and to his contemporaries as well. This thesis deals with Dutch marine in the context of Czech collecting and subsequently in Czech galleries. The art theme of the marine will be presented in the background of the cultural-historical context of the Golden Age of Dutch painting when the development of Dutch marine of the 17th century was conditioned by successful seafaring, which was one of the main pillars of the Dutch economy. Dutch marine will be discussed in the context of the Dutch landscape painting of the 17th century. The method of formal and iconographic analysis will be applied to the selected works. Certain paintings will be further interpreted through the socio-cultural context of the time when the works were created. This bachelor thesis works mainly with Czech collections. Bachelor thesis "Analysis of luxury goods markets. Case study: Superyacht industry" covers the topic of luxury goods as a specific sector of the global economy. The thesis describes economic trends and aims to forecast the future developments on the markets. The thesis is mainly focuses on the superyacht industry which is a very niche market but its global contribution cannot be overlooked. The thesis describes main players in the industry, analyzes recent trends and evaluates the overall contribution to global economy.

Consideration of the impact of investment in the region

The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of investment "Finalization of waterway of Vltava in section České Budějovice {--} Týn nad Vltavou" in the South Bohemia region. The aim of this work is the analysis of the impact of this investment on region from macroeconomic and microeconomic perspectives. The other aim of work is basic presentation of the investment, the progress of cost benefit analysis and identification of benefits, which will be brought by the investment to South Bohemia region.
