Company Processes Optimization
Lindovská, Kristýna ; Rybář, Jiří (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on optimization of working processes in Witzenmann Opava by using Value Stream Map. The aim of the thesis is on a basis current status of value stram propose to suitable actions and draw them into new value stream map. The thesis is devided into three parts – theoretical, analytical and proposal part. In the first part of the thesis are compiled theoretical knowledge about lean management sphere, tools for elimination of wastings and theory about mapping value stream by using VSM. Analytical part is deal with characterictic of company Witzenmann Opava, its internal and external factors of developments and implementation of lean production. In this part there is also characteristic of choosed product. Proposal part is deal with value stream analysis of choosed product and specific actions to reduce wasting and getting production more effective with the help of lean production methods.
Proposal of Production Process Using Lean Manufacturing Tools
Končický, Petr ; Bukvald, Vladimír (referee) ; Juřica, Pavel (advisor)
The diploma thesis is concerned with the implementation of lean components in the production process of selected company. Through the Value Stream Mapping method an analysis of the current state is performed that resulted several shortcomings of the current production process. Based on the outcomes of the analysis, proposal of new production line is made that contributes to increased customer value within a shorter production time, reduce waste and thus to streamlining the production process.
Design of Lean Manufacturing Process in the Production Hall
Vrbacký, Tomáš ; Michele, Jiří (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The intent of this thesis is to design a lean production process for a manufacturing plant owned by TOS KUŘIM - OS. a.s. The manufacturing process is analyzed using the value stream mapping method. The method is used to identify inefficient steps in the production process. Furthermore, the thesis offers solutions to the recognized problems, aiming to increase added value and minimize waste.
Proposal Lean Manufacturing, with Products ICT
Janošec, Michal ; Piska, Vojtěch (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The diploma thesis focuses on the implementation of production management tools in the form of modern ICT technologies. The final solution, divided into software and hardware part, assists the company in applying the principles of lean manufacturing and the theory of constraints. The work includes a proposal that helps to increase enterprise productivity and eliminates excess inventory in the organization.
Lean production of electronics
Hála, Antonín ; Vyškov, Jiří Pospíšil, VELUX (referee) ; Špinka, Jiří (advisor)
Aim of diploma thesis “Lean production of electronics” is to apply lean production on workplaces in concrete company. Object of thesis is to orientate in lean production and apply its individual methods on workplace. First part of thesis is dealing with theoretical preparation, understanding lean production and methods of lean production. Second part is dealing with analyzing production processes, application of methods of lean production and designing workplaces.
Mapinng and improving logistic flow in the firm ZEBR.
Kmeť, Lenka ; Vyroubal, Petr (referee) ; Špinka, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of the project is to chart the course of logistics and information flows of the selected company, to eveluate the entire process and to find improvements. In the first part there is mentioned an introduction into methods of lean manufacturing, value stream mapping and throughput time calculations. In the next section the flow of values is mapped and the map of current state is created. Futhermore, the throughput time of selected parts is computed and the mounting diagram of measured products is assembled. On to these materials are founded the sources of wasting and solutions are suggested. Afterwards on the basis of the obtained data are given solutions eveulated in terms of economic indicators.
Process performance analysis
Vintrlík, Jan ; Koška, Petr (referee) ; Fiala, Alois (advisor)
Presented thesis entitled “Process performance analysis” deals with problems in identification of the causes of the increasing cost and declining quality of the products, their minimization or complete removal. Further analysis will address the cost of low quality, serving as a basis for possible recovery of the fleet. All material presented in this thesis were collected in the company of NEVOGA, s r.o. engaged in manufacturing parts for the construction industry.
Proposal for a Lean Manufacturing Operation in Selected Company
Bistrá, Vendula ; Veverková, jarmila (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The thesis is focused on the implementation of a lean component in the manufacturing process of First Brno Machinery Velká Bíteš, Ltd. With the help of lean componant Value Stream Mapping (VSM – value stream mapping) an analysis of the current status is determined that underlies the bottleneck analysis in the manufacturing process. Based on that analysis the optimal future state of the manufacturing process is designed which leads to a production efficiency. This thesis focuses on increasing customer value and reducing waste in manufacturing.
Value stream mapping simulation model
Zámečník, Lukáš ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Hloska, Jiří (advisor)
The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis concerns about the topics of logistics, simulations, lean manufacturing and value stream mapping. The main goal of the practical part is to create a parameterizable simulation model of the logistics chain, which captures the material and information flow, including the flow of values. The simulation model is created in Plant Simulation software from Siemens PLM. The thesis also includes verification and validation of the simulation model and the design of a matrix of experiments, which is used for sensitivity analysis of the simulation model in the form of experiments. Finally, the experiments are evaluated in terms of pre-selected criteria and indicators.
Measuring centre process optimization
Benda, Ondřej ; Hanžlík, Pavel (referee) ; Fiala, Alois (advisor)
This master's thesis is engaged in optimisation processes of PUQ (as for Purchasing Quality) department, Robert Bosch České Budějovice. This department is responsible for input control of parts for manufacture as well as check of new parts including their documentation and documentation updates. By optimisation we understand selection of the best variant from group of possibilities.
