Central management of experimental data network

The aim of this diploma thesis is design and implementation of experimantal data network central management in convergent network technology laboratory. This diploma thesis is devided into several chapters. Management network fundamentals are described in introduction. Actually used experimental network is analyzed in the second chapter. Design and implemantion of web modular information system are presented in third part. Solution of central management network system is summarised at the end of this thesis.

Motivation and personal development in construction company

This bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of self-development in construction companies. The theoretical part of this thesis puts emphasis on the basic terms from the construction field, motivation and self-development. In the practical part of this thesis the working hypothesis are proposed and the exploratory research is carried out with its analysis. The final part deals with conclusions; and suggestions for personal improvement in the construction company are there described.

The subject of the present bachelor´s thesis is organization of a construction contract using project management tools. Specifically, the phase of construction process planning is brought into focus. The thesis consist of two major parts further subdivided into several chapters. The first, theoretical part explains the basic terminology and describes some of the project managment tools. In the second, practical part, various methods are used to model the construction process on a specific construction contract. This particular construction contract concerns a manufacturing plant in the industrial zone Kolín-Ovčáry.

Management of Activation and Social Therapeutic Activities in Nursing Homes

The diploma thesis aimed at "Description of the management of the provision of activation and social therapeutic activities in a home for the elderly and the method of their implementation in the context of multidisciplinary care". Subsequently, one main research question was identified: "How is the management of the provision of activation and socio-therapeutic activities in the home for the elderly?" " and one partial: "How are activation and social therapeutic activities implemented in the home for the elderly in the context of multidisciplinary care? ". The answer to the goal, the main and secondary research questions was achieved by means of a qualitative research strategy, where the method of questioning and the technique of semi-structured interview were chosen for data collection. The semi-structured interviews were conducted within the members of a multidisciplinary team (social workers, worker in social services, activation workers, physiotherapists, station nurses) providing activation and social therapeutic activities in a selected home for the elderly. Open coding was used to evaluate the obtained data, when categories were obtained through the obtained codes. The diploma thesis provides a comprehensive view of the issue of managing the provision of activation and social therapeutic activities in a selected home for the elderly in the Czech Republic. The research shows that the selected facility does not have a precisely designed management of activation and social therapeutic activities. In spite of the leading position, the health sector, which takes over the management, predominates here, despite the social service. The management of activation and socio-therapeutic activities is rather unorganized and the connection in the context of multidisciplinary care is not directly ensured. The results of the diploma thesis will be offered to the home for the elderly, in which the research took place and in which it is possible to transform the existing activation and social therapeutic activities with the involvement of management through the obtained results. Subsequently, the obtained results can serve as a possible support in the implementation of the management of activation and socio-therapeutic activities for other facilities providing a home for the elderly.
