Capital Strukture of SCHOTT FLAT GLASS Ltd.

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the capital structure of company SCHOTT Flat Glass CR, s.r.o. using the tools of financial analysis. Will be implemented in particular horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements. On the basic of the analysis of capital structures will be designed to optimise actual capital structure.

Golden Rules of Financing - their Observance in Construction Companies

The diploma thesis deals with the preparation of a financial analysis of seven construction companies based in the Zlín Region. The financial accounting statements for the five accounting periods from 2016 to 2020 are used as sources of information, which have been converted into electronic form and subsequently the values needed to apply the golden financing rules have been removed from them. Data for the same period from 2016 to 2020 were further processed, which is published by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic in its appendix to the publication Financial Analysis of the Corporate Sphere. From these data, individual golden financing rules were determined, which were compared with the analyzed companies. Finally, the results of the analyzes are summarized and commented.

The subject of the diploma thesis „Performance evaluation of a travel agency“ is to analyze the performance of a company providing tourism services. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and bases for the activities of travel agency and methods of performance evaluation. The analytical part deals with the analysis of the activities of the travel agency including comparison of financial indicators with the competition and industry and evaluation of the performance within the identified activities of the company. In the final part is suggested a way how to increase the performance of the travel agency.

Financing of firms - resources of financing

This master thesis deals with financial resources of company. I explain terms such as enterprise financing, capital structure, structure of company assets, long and short-term financing, shareholder's capital, liabilities and their costs. For the qualification purpose I have divided the financial resources into shareholder 0s equity and liabilities. They are separately described in the third and the fourth parts. They are the most importatnt and the widest parts of the whole thesis. The last part is devoted to alternative resources, that companies can use for financing of their business plans. The thesis concentrates on the possibilities of financing for large business companies. The aim of my thesis is to provide its readers with a variety of knowledge on the topic, which should enable them to make thier own financial decision. Provided Bachelor thesis focused on evaluating the economy of Lažánky village over a period 2012 to 2015. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part describes theory of the fundamentals in municipal structures. Practical part consists of the economy analysis of the municipality, specifically divided by the structure of financial assets analysis, analysis of liabilities, financial ratios analysis, analysis of incomes and expenditures and SWOT analysis.

The dissertation thesis is focused on the management of companies in the field of health-oriented tourism. Business management is conceived in a broad context, not only as traditionally in terms of financial indicators, but also in terms of strategic management of companies, in connection with management competencies. The aim of this work is to assess the economy of companies in the field of health-oriented tourism infrastructure and to propose methods and procedures applicable to the development of health care as a whole without the need to increase funding sources and propose a possible model for sustainable functioning of health-tourism businesses.

Property and Capital Structure of the Enterprise

This bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of property and capital structure of selected company through chosen methods and indicators. The analysis provides a review about company´s debt, acquired profit, capability to pay liability and the effectiveness of the company´s property. Annual reports contain all necessary information, mostly in a balance sheet and profit and loss report. The theoretical part is focused on general characteristics of property and capital. Next part describes selected company, which is called Apoly s.r.o. The company is specialized in processing and packaging materials. The practical part is focused on property and capital structure. The result of this work is to evaluate the current state of managing all the aspects of the company. In conclusion some recommendations for improvement are suggested.
