This working handle with about information system of the market-town Zubříč. The introduction describes the present state of the information systems of the villages and towns. Further there are determitation as well as illustrate the notions, which are related whith this problems. Next part describes the dismemberment of system. In this part are illustrated the individual role of participants, including their reason.The conclusion of the work describes the way of the testing and the other expansion into the future.

Municipal Budget Proposal

Bachelor thesis deals with the draft budget of the municipalities, the small town Velké Němčice, for the next period, i.e. for the year 2013. In the theoretical part are summarized fundamental knowledge about the community, their revenue and expenditure and about the budgets of municipalities. The practical part analyzes the budgets in 2011 and 2012, and the draft municipal budget for the following year.

Revitalization and Renewal of the Town of Velké Němčice

The general topic of te diploma thesis is revitalization and renewal of the town of Velké Němčice. This work is focused on the historical center of Velké Němčice, especially on renewal of the objects of the culture house, cinema and the municipal office, the public areas and the connection to the rest of the area. The core of the work brings a detailed proposition of the reconstruction and reworking of the existing public objects with the adjacent public areas. Another part of the work covers a concept of utilization of adjacent site of the local parish. The point of the work is to create a compact cultural center with the emphasis on permeability and usability, using incorporation into the current urban structure and demarcation of the functional program. The object should become an important cultural point of multifunctional usage to not only hold public events, but also be a public space for the hobbies of the town. Additionally there is an emphasis on the creation of high quality entrence space with a direct connection to the adjacent surroundings, which will help their further development.

It deals with the public administration of the Czech Republic, possible resources of financing, including grant programs of the Czech Republic and the European Union. It analyzes the financial situation of a particular municipality. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the investment project in the municipality, its financing and analysis of another possible way.

The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate used financial resources and the financial situation of the municipality by analyzing of the income and expenditure of the municipality. The final results and recommen-dations of the bachelor thesis are based on the analyses performed in previous parts of the thesis.

The diploma thesis deals with the system of greenery in the small town. It solves possible forms connected with surrounding landscape, their mutual interaction and smooth transition. It focuses on landscape users, humans, and their movement, especially walking and cycling. It creates green corridors for these activities interconnecting communication nodes within the town, connecting to surrounding landscape. Design retains the landscape character and character of the site, but at the same time offers all modern equipment and reflects requirements of the time. Based on study of sources and analysis, it formulates general procedure for creating and managing a system of greenery of small towns.

We Come to Live. Transformation of the Town Nehvizdy after 1990

Máčal Tomáš - DP. Přicházíme žít. Proměna městysu Nehvizdy po roce 1990 Abstract The diploma thesis explores the environment of the town Nehvizdy. The thesis also examines suburbanization changes after 1990. The current form of the town is formed by the construction of flats and family houses. It results in the development of services. Nehvizdy is geographically close to Prague. It gives the city the potential to continue building. It increases the population. People are looking for affordable housing according to current trends. Nehvizdy, like the village type, changes to "satellite city" type near the metropolis. There is the research goal. The work examines the image of the village in the years after the Velvet Revolution. There have been many changes here. This is an important sociological and historical point of view how the old residents perceive new inhabitants. This is also investigated in the opposite direction - how the new inhabitants see the old residents. Nehvizdy experienced the transformation from the agricultural village to a place full of services in the post-revolutionary years. Here the quality of hospitality, transport service and the possibility of spending free time were changed.
