Project of optimalization and cooperation of power units

This bachelor´s thesis deals with heat circulation in condensing thermal power plants and the possibilities of increasing their effectiveness. Specifically it addresses several topics, namely: "increasing of inlet steam parameters, improving of vacuum in the condenser, regenerative heating, reheating of steam and, last but not least, the supercritical steam parameters." Furthermore, it also deals with losses in heat circulation, power balance and specific consumption. Another part of this thesis deals with optimization of operations and cooperation of two power plant units. A case study shows the optimal power division at load. The cost and consumption characteristics of these blocks are plotted. An insight into the future of Czech energetics is made, theorizing about the advantages of dividing electrical energy distribution, from the point of view of economy, environment, and primarily, technology.

Bachelor thesis "Analysis of the technical parameters of diesel engines" deals with modern diesel engines. The work is divided into four main parts, the first points to the list of modern systems that are used in present internal combustion engines. The second part are table processing parameters of tractor engines. The third part is a regression analysis of selected technical parameters of internal combustion engines. The last part is focused on the overall evaluation of issues and conclusion.
Compare the effect of different types of biofuels (composition, manufacturer) for diesel engines for their performance and comparative consumption.

This work deals with the issue of using liquid biofuels in transport. The first part concentrates on technical aspects of their use. It summarizes sources for producing biofuels, characterizes individual production technologies and states physical and chemical properties of their products, ways of distribution and ecological aspects of their uses. It also briefly describes the history of using biofuels in the Czech Republic. Further on, it describes a technological unit to produce FAME by the company PREOL, a.s., Lovosice. Finally, it summarizes the existing range of biofuels used in transport in the Czech Republic. The second part contains experimental measuring on the motor brake of tractor Zetor 6211 in workshops of Agricultural faculty of South Bohemia University in České Budějovice and its processing with measurement evaluation.
