Energy efficient house

The thesis focuses on a desing of a new energetic and efficient detached house, which is situated in the cadastral area of the village of Žáky. A draft of the building is intended on a plot No. 252/2 with a surface of 1214 m2. It is a part of intended satellite with a total of 51 buiding plots. The building is a two-floor house without a cellar designed for four-six-members family.The house is detached and forms a unit with a garage for one car. Foundations are designed as concrete ones. The vertical load-bearing constructions in both above-ground floors are walled by ceramic blocks insulated with a contact thermal insulation system from polystyrene slabs.The horizontal constructions, more precisely ceiling construction above first above-ground floor are designed from prefabricated concrete blocks. The building is roofed by a slanting saddle-shaped roof and partially by a counter roof with a 30° slope. A roof above the garage is designed as slanting counter rook with a 20° slope.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is a design of a single-family house. The new building is designed to be a permanent residence for a family of four. The object is situated in a slightly sloping terrain on the selected piece of land in a village Machová close by a city of Zlín. The house has two above ground, and one underground floor. A garage for one car is part of the house. The object is designed in a technology of Porotherm system. The construction of the roof consists of a single flat inverse roof. The object is insulated by ETICS system. The main entrance is oriented to the southwest. The project documentation which is needed for a realization of a new detached house is worked up with five structural details including. Drawing part processed in a computer program AutoCAD.

The subject of bachelor thesis is a new building of an apartment house in Prosenice in Olomouc region. The building will have one underground floor and three above-ground floors with a residential attic. In total, the apartment building consists of three residential units, each on one floor. The apartment on the first floor is adapted for barrier-free living. The building is designed from a construction system of ceramic blocks. The ceilings are made of MIAKO inserts and POT beams. The roof of the building is saddle with ceramic roofing.

The thesis focused on a design of new bigger detached house witch accomplish low-energetic standard and witch is situated on cadastral area Líšeň. Designed subject propose for locations on a plots No. 5318/16 and 5318/17, which has full place 2 169,688 m2. This plots are on street’s line of isolated standing houses on Ječmínkova street. The building is a one-floor house with using loft without cellar for five-seven members family. This object has place for plant as office for one of owners this house. Part of house is garage, for two cars. On the plots is designed parking place for 5 cars for needs of owners visitations or client of office. Building foundations are making of concrete strip foundations. Vertical loadbearing masonry are ceramic blocks. Horizontal construction is monolithic reinforced concrete slab. Object has saddle slanting roof with roof slope 35° and this roof forms 2 big mono-pitched dormers with roof slope 15°. Roof upon garage is created as warm flat green roof.
Detached house in Jemnice

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the design of a detached house in Jemnice. The new building is designed as a three-storey house with two above-ground and one underground floors. The entrance to the house is oriented to the east side. In this part there is a staircase with a stairway and a passage to the corridor, from where romms are accessible on the southeast and southwest side and hygienic facilities on the northwest side. The living rooms have a terrace with a swimming pool. In the basement there is a technical room, a storage room and a gym with a toilet and a shower. On the 2nd floor, the children's rooms are oriented to the southwest side, the bedroom is on the southeastern side and the sanitary facilities are on the northwest side. The vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks HELUZ. The ceilings are composed of HELUZ panels, one the panels there are the floors and roofs. The roofs have a slope of 1.66%.
