Design of linear axis
Dulava, Štěpán ; Marek, Tomáš (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
This Thesis addresses a constructional design of test linear axis. Designed axis is an instrument to evaluate heat impact on qualities of linear metering encoders LS 487 produced by Heidenhain company. In the first part, there is a list of significant features, which are considered to be important in the field of linear axis and metering devices. The part offers detailed description of linear encoders of Heidenhain company. The second part offers description of designing particular components, off which is the new linear axis constructed.
Design and implementation of position digital sensing for machine tool
Ludva, Stanislav ; Krejsa, Jiří (referee) ; Šulc, Dalibor (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is implementation of digital position sensing on a machine tool. It includes selection of suitable sensors for demanding workshop space and design of the display unit having regard to user friendliness. Thesis contains analysis of possible types of sensors, justification for choice of individual hardware parts, method of processing data from sensors and description of functions on the display panel. In conclusion describes the installation of the entire sensing system to a specific milling machine TOS FA3.
Design of linear axis for heavy machine tool
Dostál, Martin ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Hermanský, Dominik (advisor)
This diploma thesis is concerned with providing a construction proposal of a linear axis X for multifunctional machining center. Moreover, this work presents characterisations of machining centers, overview of manufacturers, list of main construction components used in the linear axis, their evaluation, assessment of various options for construction, which are then explained further. These detailed construction methods include calculations with the subsequent choice of feed system component. Ultimately, final evaluation of chosen option is provided as well. Another section of this thesis is also an economical assessment and 3D model alongside with mechanical drawing.
Linear displacement systems in modern construction machine tools
Frýdl, Jan ; Marek, Tomáš (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The bachelor thesis focuses on linear motion systems in modern machine tools. It contains a research of known linear assemblies and their components, a systematic analysis of the issue of implementing linear assemblies in machine tools and recommendations for further development of linear motion systems.
