Mountain Hotel
Surala, Václav ; Havířová, Zdeňka (referee) ; Lavický, Miloš (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of a mountain hotel in the village of Loučná nad Desnou. The building has a four floors and a basement. Rooms for technical support and fitness center are situated on he basement. On the first floor are reception, restaurant and shop with sports equipment .On the second floor are rooms for guests, multifunctional room and utility room. On the third floors are only rooms for guests and utility room. There is a posibility to visit a green flat roof from the fourth floor. Object of mountain hotel is designed from permanent formwork and sand-lime blocks and floors structures are designed of lightweight concrete. Mineral wool is used for thermal insulation of the facade. Roof is designed as a green warm flat roof.

The study of the influence of the composition of the lightweight fiber concrete physical and mechanical properties
Šindelek, David ; Bodnárová, Lenka (referee) ; Hela, Rudolf (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with a study of light construction concrete with an addition of steel fibre which monitors its impact of the physical mechanical properties. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on characteristics and a design of light concrete within the class 35MPa and over with the density within the class of D1,8. Furthermore, it focuses on the increase of toughness of cementitious composites with the form of application of steel fibre in different doses and lengths. In the practical part, formulas of two strength classes 35/38 D 1,8 and 45/50 D1,8 were designed with the help of the steel fibre Krampeharex in doses of 25 and30 kg/m3, and where there were both its impact of the working diagram as well as the compressive strength monitored for the duration of twenty-eight days

The Influence of Moisture of Lightweight Aggregate on the Concrete Properties
Pešek, Lukáš ; Lišovský, Martin (referee) ; Kocáb, Dalibor (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the influence of moisture of lightweight aggregate on the concrete properties. In the experiment, test specimens from two different lightweight aggregate, and two different input moisture states of lightweight aggregate were tested. The tests were performed to determine the basic properties of lightweight concrete after 7, 28 and 90 days of maturing. Compressive strength, tensile splitting strength and depth of penetration of water under pressure were determined on cubic specimens. On the test prisms were performed tests to determine the flexural strength and dynamic modulus of elasticity. The results were processed and evaluated in tabular and graphical form to determine statistical data and formulate a conclusion.

New Additional Industrial Insulation Systems for High Temperatures
Pániková, Juliana ; Kulísek, Karel (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with the theoretical suggestion for external thermal insulation composite system with higher heat resistance. Here are briefly described appropriately selected materials with insulating properties and the most commonly used technology of prefabricated components. The practical part deals with theoretical calculations of heat transmission and suggestions for possible compositions including anchoring system and surface treatments.

Experimental study of reinforcement in light-weight concrete components
Lisztwan, Dominik ; Kocáb, Dalibor (referee) ; Vymazal, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes the experimental comparison of behaviour of reinforced lightweight concrete panels. Panels are reinforced with traditional steel grid and basalt composite reinforcement. The comparison of results is based on set of data from static load tests. The results of load test are also compared to the results made with nonlinear numerical analysis by finite element method and also calculation by hand. A part of this thesis includes determination of physical and mechanical properties of used concrete.

Possibilities of using lightweight aggregate of the foam glass bonded with cement
Jahn, Jeroným ; Křížová, Klára (referee) ; Sedlmajer, Martin (advisor)
In the theoretical part of bachelor thesis are findings about use of lightweight aggregate from foam glass. Part of this work is a description of production , raw materials for production , and especially the properties of aggregates. The work deals possibilities of interconnection and the use of foam glass aggregates in building industy . There is describe a risk of alkali-silica reactions in combination with cement. In the practical part are verified application possibilities and properties of cement composite with lightweight aggregate foam glass .
