The Study of Order Processing in Firm

This bachelor’s thesis deals with analysing and proposing of public order by the building firm Chládek a Tintěra a.s. This process contains planning, organising, leading people, controlling and realization of project from proposals to archiving documents. The aim of thesis to suggest changes leading to the time reduction of order process and cost saves.

Title: Application possibilities of managerial styles in kindergarten Author: Alena Jeremiášová Department: Faculty of Education Supervisor: Mgr. George Trunda Abstract: The topic of this bachelor thesis is "The possibilities of application of managerial styles in kindergarten". The theoretical part deals with the difference between managing people and leading people. Next chapter includes managerial styles of work divided according to various authors. Following chapter defines function of manager and analyzes the manager competence. Subsequently there is briefly delineated the situation in the education sector since 1989 and there are also defined current roles of director and deputy director, their rights, responsibilities and obligations. In the empirical part sets problematic issues and describes methods and methodology of research. To achieve the objectives of this thesis was chosen a questionnaire. Based on results of the questionnaire new information about leading styles in kindergarten in Hradec Králové and its surroundings were found. In conclusion all new information were summarized in charts and graphs and evaluated.

Diploma paper compares theoretical data of questions of leading people with established practice. The information about established practice in leading people was acquired by the help of questioning among managers. The aim of the paper is to evaluate informaion from practice of leading people and to compare them with methods, instructions and recommendations described in theory.
