Design and fabrication of the multimeter
Daněk, Martin ; Levek, Vladimír (referee) ; Háze, Jiří (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to design and build a multimeter. Firstly, multimeters, their history and basic parameters are described, followed by an analysis of existing solutions with a similar topic. Next, theory of measurement of basic electrical quantities is described and the first prototype is proposed. Finally, the first prototype is evaluated, necessary adjustments applied, and the final prototype is proposed and evaluated.
Design and fabrication of USB oscilloscope
Daněk, Martin ; Levek, Vladimír (referee) ; Háze, Jiří (advisor)
The goal of the bachelor’s thesis is to develop and fabricate a simple two channel oscilloscope. A basic theory and construction of oscilloscopes is described first and their most important parameters discussed. Next, a couple of existing projects are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of their construction are evaluated. Then a block and complete electronic scheme are presented and component choice is discussed. Finally, the product of this thesis is measured and the achieved parameters are evaluated.
Precision data logger of electrical values
Tomíček, Pavel ; Boušek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Levek, Vladimír (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to design electronic device capable of low-noise long-term measurements of electronic parts and their dependance on atmospheric conditions. First the thesis deals with the theory of low noise precision design. Then electronic components used for signal measurement are studied. At last the block and electronic schematic of the datalogger is described. Device is capable of measuring voltage, resistance, temperature, humidity and pressure. Focus is on the capabilities of voltage measurement. Control of the device is by computer application.

Ověření přesnosti stanovení vodo-stabilních půdních agregátů lesních půd u inovovaného laboratorního přístroje
Klíč, Radek
The theme of this work is to verify the accuracy of the new laboratory machine, which is used for determination of water-stable soil aggregates of forest soils. Suitable apparatus in literature is Baksajev, which is no longer produced and is not comparable apparatus in the market. For this reason, new laboratory machine was constructed based on parameters of original machine. The primary part required for design of the machine was the identification of technical and construction parameters of the older instrument, which is based on the wet sieving method used for the determination of water-stable soil aggregates. The instrument was measured, the correctness of its function was tested and the results of the soil samples were evaluated. Current state is no longer fully compliant with its design, in particular with the capacity of soil samples, as well as certain inaccuracies that occur during the sieving process. Criteria and their scale were selected, which served to evaluate correctness of old machine parts a compare it with new one. On the basis of the results obtained, first designs were made and technical drawings of individual parts of the new laboratory apparatus were created. Production of parts was realized in the company Průmyslová keramika, spol. s.r.o. The plastic box was manufactured by EKOPLAST TELČ s.r.o. The individual parts of the device were assembled together and tested the functionality of the entire machine and corrected any deficiencies. The obtained results are divided into two sections, where both devices are compared from the point of view of the technical data and from the point of view of achievement accuracy of value of the tested soil samples. The discussion describing the process of work, inaccuracies and defects that occurred during the development of the machine, as well as the possibilities of further develop of the apparatus. The innovated laboratory device, based on the results obtained by its testing fulfills the specified criteria.
