Optimization of optical tweezers for multimodal holographic microscope

This bachelor's thesis has described the principle of operation of interference microscopes with closer analysis of multimodal holograpfic microscope (MHM), which has been constructed at the Institut of Physical Engeneering (IPE) of Brno University of Technology. It has also analysed principles of optical trapping and has closely descirebed force effects on the trapped object with characteristic lenght bigger than wavelenght of trapping beam. It has designed optimization of existing optical tweezers module so that the module is connectable to the prototype of MHM, located at IPE. Simulation and optimization of the optical assembly of module have been performed, the mechanical design of module with the drawings has been designed. The module has been entered into production.
Silicone damper of a six-cylinder in-line diesel engine

This thesis "Silicone damper of a six-cylinder in-line diesel engine " is focused on the proposal of alternative using of silicone damper for the a six-cylinder in-line diesel engine, which is made for tractors and other industrial aplications. The aim of this thesis is to count the oscilation of crankshaft by the help of appropriate dynamic model, then to propose such a basic parameters of silicone damper, which absorbes torsion blip crankshaft to acceptable value. The next part of my thesis is proposal of the constructive implementation of fixation the silicone damper on the free part of crankshaft. The last part of my thesis is comparing and evaluating the oscilation of crankshaft without a dumper and with a new propsal of the silicone damper.
Construction of small steam engine for the use of solar energy

Possible modern application of piston steam engine is electricity production using steam made by solar energy. This diploma thesis focuses on designing such piston steam engine Described solution would be effective as an off grid electricity generator, because alternative source of steam could be added for occasions, when sunlight is not powerfull enough for steam production.
Design of boring machine for longitudinal and transverse drilling of wooden boards with stacking device

The aim of this diploma thesis is design of the boring machine for longitudinal and transverse drilling of holes, which is primary intended for manufacture of furniture from wood materials. Concept of this machine is defined as last segment of production line, which is terminated by stacking container for transport dose. The aim of this thesis is create a variants of machine design and manipulating device and justify the choice of the optimal option. For own design is necessary to create a construction calculations.

This diploma thesis describes the design of the illumination system for a Coherence--Controlled Holographic Microscope (CCHM). The theoretical part mentions the history of microscopy, the principle of holography and individual types of interference microscopy. To get closer to the topic, individual light sources and an overview of current illumination systems are mentioned. The diploma thesis also describes the procedure of designing a fiber-optic illumination module for microscopy from optical design through design of construction to the last step, which is assembly and testing of the module.
