Effect of Dynamic neuromuscular stabilization autotherapy on functional foot disorders

This thesis aimed to demonstrate the effect of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization autotherapy on functional foot disorders in comparison with autotherapy according to the analytical approach. The theoretical part summarized the findings regarding foot and gait kinesiology, developmental kinesiology as a pivotal period for gait development and foot formation, the relationship between foot and posture, and functional foot defects. METHODOLOGY: In this study, 26 probands aged 20-26 years were divided into two groups, namely, the DNS group and the Analyst group. The names of the groups were chosen according to the type of self-therapy. At the beginning of this work, an initial measurement was conducted where probands in both groups were measured using Physionesnig platform in selected five tests. These tests are Static analysis, Unilateral Stance, Sit-to-stand, Weight bearing squat, Dynamic analysis. After the initial measurement using the Physiosensing platform, individual probands were instructed and coached by the physiotherapist in self- therapy regarding the given exercise set-up. After a 6-week autotherapy session, a second measurement was performed. The measured data were statistically processed using the Jamovi program, version 2.3.26.0. Changes of a foot arch during pregnancy

There are many changes in a woman's body during pregnancy. This bachelor's thesis deals with the alterations of the arch of the foot and the mechanisms that can inflict it. Form of the thesis is review. Opening chapters sum the anathomy of the foot, the kinesiology, the pathologic kinesiology and important changes during the pregnancy. Main chapter deals with up to date knowledge about the alterations of the arch and related alterations of the pressures on the sole of the foot, as well as the alterations of size, volume and dimesions of the foot. Two case reports of pregnant women are part of the thesis. Michaela Němečková The number of pages: 120 The year of defense: 2012 The key words: Kinesiology of the feet, flat foot, three-point support system, kinesiotherapy, orthotic correction The bachelor 's thesis - Therapy of the flat - foot is divided in to two parts - theoretical and practical part. In my theoretical part I focused on anatomy and kinesiology of the feet. I also mentioned typology of feet, and it's function as a function of postural vaults and from a dynamic point of view. For clarity, I briefly introduced and the most common defects and deformities of the feet and fingers. The main part of my job is to define a flatfoot, its distribution, causes, diagnosis and its treatment options and appropriateprevention. The practical part contains three case studies of three patients for which was designed and applied their own therapy.
