Technique and methodology of training of Ikeda's kata exercise with jo in aikido

Title: Technique and methodology of training of Ikeda's kata exercise with jo in aikido. Aim: The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe systematically and explain the exercise techniques of kata with jo of Ikeda Sensei on the basis of available resources and the author's personal experience. The author aims to extend the possible forms of study of these techniques through multimedia processing for both professionals and public interested in martial arts. Tasks: To gather the necessary theoretical and practical information and data needed for processing the theme To select and design tools for the elaboration of kata teaching methodology. Practical implementation: to divide kata analytically into sub-parts, to describe these parts and to take their photographic and video record. Create a video on DVD. To elaborate the textual and graphic part of the diploma thesis and to print the final version. Methods of work: The thesis is a theoretical-descriptive in nature and we use these methods for its implementation: Analysis and study of documents. Historical method. Compilation Comparative method. Analysis of the versatility of karatekas at competitions in the Czech Republic in the last twelve years

The presented diploma thesis deals with the extensive and detailed analysis of versatility of karatekas based on the analysis of the results of the competitions in the National Cup JKA Czech Republic and the Czech Republic Championship JKA ČR in the categories from younger students to senior citizens in the Czech Republic over the past twelve years. The work was created as detailed extension examined shrinking phenomenon, relating to the versatility of karatekas in those competitions, categories and periods in the Czech Republic. Materials relating to the the final location of individual karatekas in those competitions, categories and periods in the Czech Republic were analyzed within the diploma thesis solution. The history philosophy and the meaning of karate are briefly shown in the theoretical part. To understand not only the results of the research part, but the whole work, there is also characterized competition and tournament rules and regulations. The results of the competitions following the versatility of karatekas are analyzed by the valid method in the research part of the diploma thesis, which lies in the tendency to place the medal positions in kata (set of consecutive techniques) and also in kumite (fight of two karate). Training preparation of top karate men in discipline kata in the Czech republic before the top competition

The theoretical part of my thesis deals with the sport karate training, its components, improving motor skills which are typical for karate and other factors affecting the results of sport training. In the empirical part I find, based on direct interviews with individual representatives, national coaches, difference or similarity of their preparation for the World Championships or European Championships in Karate (Kata men) in their final part of season.

Title: Effect of disciplinary specialization on the body mass distribution in the body of karateka Aim of work: The main aim this thesis os to discover whether the disciplinary specialization effects the body mass distribution on limbs of karateka. Methods: The thesis has an empiric and theorethic character. Data collection is processed by dynamometry, measurement of limb circuits and body mas analyzation by Tanita MC-980. Design of test set for long-term monitoring of top-level karate karate athletes.

Title: Design of test set for long-term monitoring of top-level karate karate athletes. Objectives: The aim of this work is to design the test set for long-term monitoring of the top-level karate athletes. Methods: A total of 26 probands (10 women and 16 men) aged 18-26 years were included in the research. Everyone has practiced karate for at least 2 years and they are holders of a minimal green belt. A total of 10 motor tests were included in the designed test set. Selected 7 tests from this test set were tested by the test-retest method. Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to determine reliability and objectivity. Results: Modified Bass test (rrel=0,83, robj=0,94), repeated punches and blocks gedanbarai + choku cuki (rrel=0,82, robj=0,95), repeated mawashigeri kicks (rrel=0,93, robj=0,97), shuttle run 30x10 m (rrel=0,83), straight two arms medicine ball throw from heiko dachi stance (rrel=0,91), knee to wall touch (rrel=0,97), height of jokogeri kick (rrel=0,97). Title: Testing and developing explosive power of young karate athletes of discipline kata Objectives: The objective of this bachelor thesis is to determine the effect of the intervention conditioning program on explosive power of young karate athletes of discipline kata. Methods: Testing was performed using four motor tests. The data were processed using basic statistical method and Wilcoxon pair test. Results: Intervention conditioning program had a positive effect on increasing the level of explosive power in the tested experimental group.
