Project of service lift
Drápela, Josef ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis deal with project of service lift. The service lift is drive by special mechanism using thrust chain. The chain is led from chain accumulator over sprocket gear to vertical guiding groove. Lift car is connected to the end of chain. There are designed and described the most important constructional unit of service lift in this thesis. But the most attention is pay to drive, including break system and chain accumulator. The drive is consist of electric motor, clutch, break, planetary gearbox and sprocket gear.
Drive model for EC motor elevator analysis
Javořík, Zdeněk ; Koláčný, Josef (referee) ; Vondruš, Jiří (advisor)
The master thesis encompasses the possibilities of position evaluation and drive control with the aid of SMI work enviroment. Furthermore the thesis is directed to create a program through a designed control algorithm. The work is realised on the elevator model with electronically commuted motor. An incremental scanner is used as the position sensor. The motor control unit is set up and programmed in the SmartMotorInterface software. In the next part, measurements with altered parameters are conducted. On the basis of these measurements the influence of parameters on the positioning process and its accuracy is evaluated. At the conclusion of the work, a design of laboratory task for educational purposes is created. The laboratory task is composed in such a way, that students would become familiar with the SMI work enviroment and would be able to practicaly test the setup of incremental position sensor and motor control with the aid of entered algorithm.
Project of service lift
Šarman, Michal ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design a service lift according to given parameters, which is actuated by a special mechanism featuring a thrust chain. The opening of the thesis presents basic categorization of lifts. Following chapters are dealing with the design of the lift itself, including selection of components and functional calculation according to ČSN EN 81-1. The final part contains technical comparison with hydraulic lifts. Relevant technical drawings are also part of the thesis.
