Food Position and habits in the group of second grade students and students of high school in Písecku.

This bachelor's thesis looks into eating habits of pupils of second stage of elementary school and secondary school students. In the theoretical part, I deal with a healthy lifestyle, a family lifestyle and a family impact on children's eating habits. Furthermore, I discuss a phenomenon of food intake disorders, their occurrence and the causes behind them. It is believed that the most common cause of eating disorders lies in the way media portray fashion and how they persuade people to go on a reducing diet. Moreover, an influence of social media has risen in last years Facebook brings about the major effect and is followed by Instagram. I have also expanded on particular types of eating disorders and the newest "trends" in this area. In the practical part, I have described the questionnaire survey I had carried out at the chosen elementary and secondary schools in the "Písecko" region. I have covered its methodology and assessment.

ANNOTATION: The objective of the Bachelor Thesis, divided into two parts, is to find out whether there are any differences in the approach to catering; the discussed group of diners are basic school pupils of the second stage (Czech education system). The work compares the attitude of boys and girls at the age of 11 - 16. The theoretical part focuses on factors which tend to influence catering; it also defines 'senior basic school' stage; furthermore, it is aimed at nutrition recommendations typical for the discussed age; and, it describes areas where there are some gender differences. Moreover, the work also concentrates on the terminology dealing with this issue and it tries to emphasise the importance of good eating habits of youngsters and its link with eating disorders and obesity when they become older. The empirical part focuses on the basic school pupils (mentioned above) and their knowledge of good eating habits and a healthy diet. The outcome of the thesis is to find out whether there are any differences in the life style approach of boys and girls. Anorexia nervosa in Czech republic

The thesis focuses on anorexia from the onset of the disease to the possible treatment in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part defines anorexia nervosa, offers insight into potential risk factors and also concentrates on situations that can cause anorexia. Next, this part provides a basic overview of a balanced diet and informs about the use of social work in prevention and follow-up care. Furthermore, it summarizes medical care and therapies used in the treatment of this disease. The practical part consists of case studies of three respondents who have been diagnosed with anorexia nervosa. The case studies examine areas related to family, the onset of the disease, treatment and current state of the respondents.
Gastrointestinal diseace of senior people in relation to lifestyle

Main thought of this work is research of digestive apparatus of senior people in relation to (healthy) lifestyle. In introduction I explain basic terms connected with nutrition, health, illness and prevention. In the next chapter I put attention to identify health condition and signals that human body gives when it not getting all that it needs. The content part of this work is focused on determinants that influence our health. I put attention to complex point of view. Reader will get information what is the optimal drinking regime, what macronutrition and micronutrition body needs, what it the categorization of those and what food we can get those from. I go to detail in needs of movement, rest, sleep and mental hygiene. This material generalizes actual needs of healthy lifestyle that can be used as help, to build and to strengthen in long term right habits for health and vitality.
